Our two story cozy home has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, with 1,344 square feet of finished living space. We offer 1 King Size bed, 1 Queen and a pullout sofa on main level. The large wooded backyard offers privacy and a tranquil setting while sitting or grilling on the patio. High Speed Internet, 3 Roku TV’s, Bluetooth speaker,games, small library & a fully stocked kitchen gives all the comforts of home. We also have plenty of complimentary snacks, starter coffee & tea. Our bathroom has complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, with plenty of plush towels. Forgot something? Help yourself to our basket in the linen closet for toothbrushes, ibuprofen, feminine hygiene and more! Bringing children? We have a booster with tray, pack and play with sheets for the babies. A Queen blowup mattress is also available with ample room in the King Suite to spread out. Plenty of parking is available in front of the home along Glenn Street, left side along Park Avenue & one spot on our gravel driveway in front of garage. Please park in front of our home and not our neighbors out of courtesy. We are in a prime location to downtown & Longwood University. 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants makes our cottage an excellent location in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please no smoking anything in the house, no glitter, & NO PETS. Additional fines of $200 for additional cleaning will incur if these house rules are broken.
