Please note before booking:

-For security reasons, we require photo ID from the booking guest prior to check in to receive door codes.

We do not accept parties or gatherings with guests other than people included in the reservation. If you plan to do a gathering or event please contact us beforehand. We usually allow events up to 20 people max for few hrs. if you need to have more people, please inquire for the cost
- Violation of this policy will incur a penalty of $100 per person! We have cameras the monitors the outside of the premises.

- We have a pet fee. If you plan on bringing your pet please contact us beforehand
- Violation of this policy will incur a penalty of $300 per pet

-There is an additional excessive cleaning fee of $300. This fee may include but not limited to the house/premises being left heavily soiled, garbage left laying around, excessive pet hair, stained carpet, dishes in the sink, and food being left out anywhere.
