-Must provide accurate number of overnight guests and ensure that is reflected in your reservation to ensure accurate pricing for your stay. If the guest count is inaccurate upon check-in, additional charges may occur.

-Must agree to additional cleaning on stays lasting 30+ days. Unit should be cleaned once per month at $150 per occurrence. An additional fee will be collected via AirBnB at time of booking.

-No Smoking/vaping, penalty is $250

-Lost Keys/key fob will result in $75 penalty

-Late Check out will result in $75 penalty
