Charming Beach-Themed Cottage SKI Resorts, Frightmares & Western Sports Park

This Unique Guesthouse is located in historic downtown Farmington, with its beautiful tree lined streets & pioneer homes. Settled in 1847 at the foot of the amazing Wasatch Mountains.

You'll be walking distance to the Renowned Lagoon Amusement Park, The new Western Sports Park Tournament Facility, beautiful trails, the Farmington City Park & Pool, and Farmington Station Shopping & Entertainment plaza. Or you can take the Free city trolley to most of these!

It's a short 20 minute drive to Downtown SLC, and the Front Runner Train System has a convenient stop at Station Park, which can take you all the way North to Ogden and all the way South to Provo with stops all between.

We are centrally located between Utah‘s major ski resort Canyons in SLC area, Park City and Ogden Canyon.

This apartment home features 2 bedrooms with 1 King, 1 Queen, 3 Twins (Twin air mattress upon request), 2 Full Bathrooms with showers, a Full Kitchen/Dining space, Washer/Dryer and Wifi with TV streaming.

The home was as advertised and the owners were great to engage with. They went over the top by setting up an XMAS tree since we were there over the holiday. The home was very clean and well maintained. Would suggest this property to anyone. Oh, and the master bedroom bed was great, we slept well each night.

Emily is a fantastic hostess! Very attentive and helpful! Their home is gorgeous and guest cottage equally darling and well equipped. It was perfect for the 4 of us and could’ve easily slept more. Tons of fun games, teas and treats! A quick path took us right to Lagoon! Add to it the perfect Fall weather and historic area with towering mountains and honestly I don’t think it could’ve been any more perfect! Thanks for sharing your lovely guest house with us! We can’t wait to return!

As usual, the stay at the cottage was lovely! We enjoyed every quiet, serene moment. We were there for my daughter's 13th birthday, and she just wanted to go to Lagoon, and then to relax and she always loves the feeling she gets when we stay there. The owners have replaced the king mattress with a new luxury one. It was very comfortable! This trip we were finally able to enjoy the patio area with the lights. Also, Todd and Emily are such nice, friendly and caring people. They are always responsive to messages and questions. We will definitely love to stay there again!

We loved our stay at the Bumble Beach Cottage! The house is super cute, thoughtfully decorated, and has a cozy beach vibe throughout. It had everything we needed – all the amenities were provided and well thought out, making our trip easy and relaxing. A perfect spot for a getaway, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Lovely and peaceful cottage

Check in was very easy, and Emily and Todd were very helpful and friendly. The kitchen was very organized and everything was labeled and easy to find. The cottage was very clean and peaceful. All four of us found it refreshing over the hotels we usually at, and this was the first time we've ever rented a home from Vrbo or anywhere. There were games in the dining room, and the kids loved that! They also loved the beach theme. In fact the decor has given my daughter who is about to turn 13 ideas for her room! The beds were comfortable, and all four of us have back or joint issues, so if anyone has hip pain or lower back pain, and need a bed that's NOT hard as a rock (like some hotels around), don't hesitate to stay here. Unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor lights on the back patio since we went to sleep right when we came back from our outings, but that means we have something to look forward to for next time!

One of the best VRBO experiences!

One of the best VRBO experiences! We planned to do some shopping and visit Lagoon, and were in the perfect location. Everything was only a few minutes away. Todd and Emily made sure we had everything we needed. They were open and easy to communicate with. The VRBO was spacious and had tons of games to entertain everyone. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Family stay

Its a nice cute cottage. Location is great if you are going to Lagoon. There are a few nice parks in walking distance. The only inconvenience was there are alot of nice knicknaks around the house. I wished that they would of baby proof the house. An baby gate at the top of the stairs would of been great investment. And all the decorative pillows and comforters had to be taken off due to their request and just took up space.

Great Place close to Lagoon.

We recently visited Lagoon and Hogle Zoo on a family vacation trip. We booked this place hoping to have comfortable accommodations close to Lagoon and it was as advertised. We walked into Lagoon and saved the parking fee. The pictures don't actually do the place justice, it is very clean and nice. The only reason I don't give it a 5 star is because the bed in the master bedroom just was not comfortable. My wife and I both had trouble sleeping on it. The owners were very attentive and friendly and have obviously put a lot of work into the property and I imagine the bed upgrade is already on the list. My kids all reported that they slept well and enjoyed the stay very much. Had my wife and I slept better this would 100% be a 5 star stay.

Super cute cozy guest house, perfect for our little family. The location was amazing for our Lagoon vacation, it’s so close to the park. The house was clean and well stocked. Our only complaint was the master bed, definitely one of the least comfortable beds I have slept on. My chiropractor will be seeing me soon.

My family and I had an amazing stay at the beach cottage! It felt like such a fun getaway with the beautifully decorated beach theme. Emily and Todd were amazing hosts, super easy to communicate with, and really went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable! It was so fun to have a place close to Lagoon that we could come rest at and have lunch during the middle of the day. Home was clean and had everything we needed, plus a lot of fun games we also enjoyed playing together. Highly recommend this property, and would love to stay again!

Hello! We are Todd and Emily. We built our new Vintage Inspired home in this Beautiful Historic Community, and added our Vacation Rental Apartment at the back of our new home. The apartment has it's own private access and systems. We only share the Driveway approach and parking area with you, and the apartment will have it's own private back terrace for our guests to enjoy (coming July 2025). We live next door to my husband's parents, who still live in the home that my husband grew up in so they are available for quick assistance if we are not home during your stay if any issues arise.

We love traveling and have stayed at many Private Vacation Rentals, and love the convenience of having a quiet space with the amenities of home, so we curated a Home-Like and Fun space for our guests to enjoy.

We're also centrally located to many of the Wasatch Front Ski Resorts and a good halfway point between many of the National Parks in this region.
