This superb property boasts 6 generous bedrooms, each uniquely furnished with a mix of super-king or twin beds and a wonderful 6 person bunk room. With 6 bathrooms offering a mix of bathtubs and showers, your comfort is guaranteed. Enjoy the serene surroundings that is not overlooked and hovers above Morzine and the surrounding mountain views. The gardens are landscaped so that there is plenty of space to spread out for all the guests. The spacious garage, with an EV charger, has space for one large vehicle and bikes, the driveway is heated for winter and has space for 5 cars.
Mirador offers modern amenities like a 9 seater WELLIS spa hot tub with music and lights, SONOS stereo, CUBE smart kitchen tap, washing machine and dryer, AC, and WiFi during your stay. It is heated by a eco friendly air source heat pump to underfloor heating and bathroom radiators.

We love Morzine and the Portes du Soleil for so many reasons, but location is key for its proximity to Geneva and therefore easy transfer from the airport or train station.
The winter season is magnificent with such a vast area to ski in, 650km plus on one lift pass. It crosses the border with Switzerland and so you get the change of ambience on the Swiss side under the Dents du Midi and Dents Blanche mountain ranges.
Avoriaz is well linked with ski lifts and public transportation; it has been in the top 10 snow sure ski towns for the past 15 years.
In summer, the place is bustling with bikers, hikers, water sports on Lac Montriond, parapenters lighting up the sky with bright canopies. The list of activities in summer goes on and on, each year the office du Tourisme host special events including Harley Davison weekend, Spartan races, Tour de France has started and finished in Morzine on several occasions.
So much to see and do in summer.

The living space expands from kitchen across the dining area to the lounge and all the front wall is glass and you feel like you hover over Morzine town… at night time it’s a spectacular light show…. In the daytime you can see mountain peaks and forests for miles.
The design uses its position on the hillside to great advantage, so the views are faultless from each bedroom, in fact the only room/space in Chalet Mirador without a spectacular view, is the cinema room.
The outside spaces are linked by stairs to the multi level garden terraces, adorned with mature plants and trees. The hot tub and seating area are very private and has overhead cover which doesn’t spoil the vista as you sit back and relax after a hard days adventuring.
The wrap around balcony is easily accessed from the main living are floor and is the perfect spot to just soak up the atmosphere.
To sum it up: space, views and privacy.
