Welcome to this charming country house lodge that sleeps 15 that sets on 16 acre of private land that looks like a golf course. It is TOTALLY private, with a stocked fishing pond to fish or just sit and watch some of the most beautiful sunsets in historic Montevallo. This Five Star property boasts 6 bedrooms, including 2 king bedrooms, 3 queen bedrooms. Many guests have said they are the most comfortable beds they ever slept on. The 2 queens are NECTAR brand gel foam with adjustable frames for those who love to raise the head or foot.

The BEST bedroom of all is a custom-built PULLMAN TRAIN STYLE bunk room with 5 large gel foam twin "bunks" each with privacy curtains that when pulled gives total privacy with its own over bed reading light, phone chargers for USB and USB-C, and a 110 outlet in EACH of the private bunks. Game table & chairs for card or board games and 6 cubes to store back packs plus a large dresser. Kids and teens absolutely LOVE this room.

With 4 bathrooms equipped with showers, guests will have plenty of space to relax and unwind.

Relax with a good book and comfortable throw front of a huge 2 story real stone fireplace with remote controlled gas logs.

The huge dining room table has 8 chairs and a vintage side bar serving buffet holding a huge collection of beautiful serving dishes and trays for those special meals. A nearby separate dining table in the kitchen seats another 7 with vintage oak chairs.

The great room has a 75 inch Smart TV - and 2 overstuffed Lazy boy recliners and a large sofa for watching movies or ballgames.

A regulation PICKLE BALL court (44' x 66') serves as half court basketball or a great space for star gazing while setting on wicker club chairs and warmed by the real log fire pits.

The downstairs game and fitness room has a ping pong table, huge gaming TVs with state-of-the-art gaming machines.

The oversize in-ground pool is lit at night with fairy lights all around the fence and a pool light. There are great seating areas around the pool with a large with patio tables and umbrellas. Plenty of outdoor wicker tables and eating areas make the fenced pool area a favorite spot for all ages. The huge concrete areas allow for outdoor eating or cookouts.

Speaking of cook outs - there are gas fired grills and also Charcoal smoker grills for those wanting to do some grilling. Large stainless steel work tables allow for even the perfectionist griller to make their best dishes.

Right between the pool and deck area and the main house is a huge screened in porch with fans and fairy lights. Lots of comfortable wicker chairs for relaxing and recounting your adventures in the historic Montevallo area. A trip to a one-of-a-kind place is a must when visiting. We covered a lot of the special amenities on the property, but the most popular one is just the total and complete lack of city sounds. You are surrounded by 100's of acres of farmlands and forest. We have bicycles for ALL ages to ride in total safety on the 1,200 foot long level paved driveway that leads back to the house. We have soccer nets with soccer balls in the back yard. Enjoy a game of CORN HOLE on the Pickle Ball court.
