Perched atop Putt Hill, this spacious yet inviting condo is your perfect home away from home. Featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 2 comfortable sleeper sofas, along with a fully equipped kitchen and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, it ensures a hassle-free stay. Ideally located just minutes from both uptown and downtown, you'll enjoy quick and easy access to all the area has to offer. Perfect for a relaxing retreat with friends and family or an adventure-filled getaway!
Guests will be provided access codes and check in information 48 Hrs. prior to arrival via the platform they used to rent the abode.
Information withing check-in instructions should adequately supply guests with all information needed. There will also be a guest booklet to leaf through with information about the home, town, host favorites, emergency numbers and more.
Located at the peak of Putt Hill, the condo is located walking distance to some of our local antique stores, liquor store, and convenient store.
A short 5-minute drive to either uptown or downtown will bring guests closer to any and all amenities our humble town may provide. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, and local stores with merchandise appealing to any savvy shopper.
Only a 35 minutes drive to Wolf Creek Ski Area!
Guests will have full access to the unit, however the garage is not accessible for guests.
As you step into this inviting condo, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen to your left, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals. The cozy living room boasts large windows that flood the space with natural light while offering breathtaking views. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional accommodations for extra guests.
The property features two well-appointed bedrooms—one on the first floor with a king bed and another upstairs with a queen bed. Each bedroom is connected to a full bathroom for added privacy and convenience. Just outside the queen bedroom, the upstairs loft serves as an extra hangout space, complete with another queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.
The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a fireplace and a large-screen TV. Adjacent to the kitchen, a spacious dining table sets the scene for memorable family dinners or game nights. For added convenience, an in-unit washer and dryer are available for guest use.
Ideally located, this condo is just 5 minutes from both the uptown and downtown areas, and only 35 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area—making it the perfect retreat for both relaxation and adventure.
Pagosa is rich in history, we happen to own bragging rights to the world's Deepest Geo-thermal Mother Spring that feeds a plethora of maintained soaking pools where guests can find rest and relaxation as they soak away the troubles of the world at hand.
We also boast the most snow in Colorado, should you be here during our winter months be sure to experience Wolf Creek Ski Area and slalom some slopes.
No pets allowed at this time.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $15 per hour, which helps accommodate our cleaning schedule and preparation for the next guest.
Please contact the property manager to confirm availability for late check-out. Failure to comply with the check-out time may result in denied access to the property or immediate eviction.

All rental units are equipped with systems designed to maintain a comfortable indoor environment throughout the year. Please review the specific information below for guidance on proper use, maintenance, and who to contact if any issues arise.

This home features a gas fireplace in the living area for warmth and cozy ambiance.
Central heating is available, with the thermostat located in the main living area.
Cooling:
There is no air conditioning in this home.
Open windows at night to let in cool air and use the ceiling fans provided to help cool the home.
Close windows in the early morning to keep the cooler air inside.
Cooling unit has been added to downstairs bedroom for your added comfort during warmer months.
Please note that trailers are not permitted to be parked anywhere within this condo association. Parking on the grass is also strictly prohibited. All vehicles must be parked in designated parking spaces. Violators are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
