The Marriott Grand Residence Great Location with pool & partial mountain View!

Come stay at this comfortable, luxury, Marriott Resort in the wonderfully convenient Heavenly Village. This condo over looks the year-round heated pool, hot tubs, barbeque grills, fire pit, and outdoor games.

(PLEASE NOTE: In addition to any online fees, there is a One Time per stay, Housekeeping Fee of approximately $290, charged directly by the Marriott.
Parking with the Marriott valet is $45 per vehicle. Other parking is at the Heavenly Parking Garage or a less expensive option is an outdoor parking lot located behind the Target accross the street of Heavenly Village Way.

There are 3 entrances into the unit, from the inner hallways of the Marriott. The unit includes use of the Marriott's amenities, such as work out room, locker room, heated swimming pool and two heated spas, fire pit, and bbq grills.
It's nestled amid shops and dining, some of which give a Marriott guest discount. There is a movie theater, entertainment venue, outdoor miniature golf or ice skating rink (depending on time of year), and is approximately 75' feet from the Heavenly Gondola.
For most people it is walking distance to all the casinos, a grocery store (Target), and hiking trails through the Bi-State Park.
There are equipment rentals near the gondola for snow ski equipment, bikes, or Tahoe tours. The nearest beach is about a half mile-mile away.

One entrance door is into the Master unit, consisting of: the Master Bath (1 sink Vanity, toilet, Corner Tub with jets and seat, and shower), Hall closet with ironing board, closet safe with punch key lock; Chest of Drawers, 1 KING SIZE BED, 2 night stands, clock radio, Fireplace, TV and DVD player, small table, 2 chairs, coffee maker and ice bucket; Personal BALCONY with 2 patio chairs and small table, overlooking pool, fire pit, BBQ grills, games, surrounded by trees, Marriott buildings, and mountain view.

Second entrance takes you into the mud room and entrance hall. Includes hall closet, bench, and full bath with all the same standard amenities. This leads into the family area, with an open floor plan to dinning area, fully stocked kitchen, including oven, microwave oven, refrigerator with water purifier, dishes, ect. The family room couch is a QUEEN SIZE, SOFA BED with a nice, thick comfortable mattress with bedding in the hall closet; the 2 six foot WINDOW MATTRESSES are definitely comfortable enough for children, with request, pillows, sheets and blankets will be provided for them. This room also has a fireplace, tv, dvd player, tables, chairs, and storage cabinet. Window views also overlook pool area, partial mountain view, and the twinkling lights over the outdoor ice rink/miniature golf course area.

The third entrance is into a mud room with bench for the Guest room. This Guest room includes 2 QUEEN BEDS, chest of drawers, tv, dvd player, desk, large comfortable chair, closet, safe, ironing board and iron, and a full bath. It also has a view of the pool and surrounding area.

Each area has its own lock off door for added privacy or quiet times. All standard towels and amenities are provided by the Marriott. Marriott pool towels are available near the pool and in the locker rooms.
