The quote you receive is ONLY for the main lodge. Please send me an inquiry BEFORE you try book if you would like to add one or both of the suites and I can send you a quote. Nestled only 1 mile from the Shoshone National Forest and 25 miles from the east gate to Yellowstone, this unique lodge is a perfect location for people traveling to Yellowstone National Park. The newly remodeled lodge was built in 1913 as a stagecoach stop and has housed the late Senator Craig Tomas as a young boy. These 3 units can be rented together or individually. Please send me an inquiry BEFORE you try to book. Even though the calendar shows available, I may not have all 3 units available. The main lodge has 3 queen beds. The suites each have 2 queen beds. All 3 have kitchens.

What a beautiful and perfect location for visiting Yellowstone and Cody. Just outside of Shoshone National Forest, outstanding. The main lodge was comfortable and perfectly appointed; it had everything we could need. The night sky viewing was amazing on the patio just outside the doors. Brad and Erin were quick to respond and wonderful to work with. The cutest breakfast/coffee house just outside the front door which also has a happy hour in the evening. The family that runs the coffee house are the nicest people too! If we had visited later in the season, when sunset is earlier, we would have definitely been enjoying the happy hour! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again.

Beautiful lower suite of cabin

This lower suite of the cabin was beautiful and very well maintained. The views are gorgeous and it was pretty quiet while we were there. We were there for 1 night but we slept peacefully in the 2 queen beds, the couch (not a pull out) and a roll away bed. Clean up was easy, there is not a dish washer, but I know how to hand wash a dish. The owners are very communicative with everything. It is pet friendly, but we found a wonderful bed and biscuit place (one in Cody and Powell) to host our dogs for the night so we could enjoy Yellowstone. Our dogs loved it there.

Good proximity to attractions. But deceiving.

The cabin was nice and was clean. It was 30min from Yellowstone East entrance and 20min from Cody. However, it was nestled in an RV park. The rear curtains couldn't be opened due to campers close by. There is also a cafe attached and was a little noisy with some banging when open.

Yellowstone

The property would be good for a family of two adults and two small children. Was one room with a bathroom. The day we arrived it was unusually hot (96) and the AC could not cool the place down. It blew circuit breaker’s at least twice before we gave up. At first the window would not open, then it wouldn’t close. Upon reporting it, I was told they couldn’t get someone to come out and fix it. Either way, after a storm came through in the middle of the night (and blew rain through the uncloseable window onto the bed our friends were sleeping in), it cooled down — to say the least. The website is misleading. Recommend you contact the host to ensure the layout is what you think it is. The listing leads you to believe it is one unit when it is at least three. We made it work, but good thing we were close friends.

Memorial for Mom

Our visit to Cody was about family. We booked our stay up in the mountains and couldn't have asked for a more beautiful place!! We rented 3 cabins and a pavilion for a private family gathering. Everything was amazing and worked out perfectly. We definitely plan on staying there again in the future.

Mission to Wyoming

This was our favorite place to stay along our 4,000 mile roundtrip journey to Yellowstone! It was just a great location for a laid back stop. The owners were great and so helpful! They definitely went above and beyond on our trip and we couldn't be more thankful! We would stay here 100 more times!

Yellowstone Base Camp for East Entrance

My family of six enjoyed this roomy log cabin lodge. The kiddos slept in the big open area and we had a bit more privacy in the front room with a huge sliding door. There were plenty of cooking supplies and spices on hand. Check in and out was super easy. This location is about 20 miles from Yellowstone with a beautiful drive to Cody or the park. I’m so glad we found this spot. Super hot water inside and a great Mountain View all around

Perfect Hangout House!

Fun was had by all! We rented all three units and it worked out great. We stayed to go to Sleeping Giant Ski Resort and they hooked us up with discount lift tickets. Thanks

Great cabin with a view

Stayed here for two nights on vacation and enjoyed this cabin. The furnishings were great, couch comfortable enough to sleep on if we had needed it. My family's favorite part about the cabin was late at night looking out the windows at the stars, we have stars at home, they just look different in the mountains. The part we didn't like was the RV section immediately out the door so we just kept our curtains closed to avoid seeing a gentleman using the restroom outside again. Overall it was lovely, would stay again!
