Location was excellent, just 5 mins from Animal Kingdom and 10-15 minutes from the other Disney parks (if you use Sherberth Road). Can’t fault the Villa either a beautiful pool home with plenty of space and perfectly located for local restaurants and a Walmart just around the corner. John was an excellent host and sorted out a minor issue we had immediately. If you are looking for a 1/2/3 family Villa close to Disney you won’t find a better one than this. Thanks John

Our home away from home. This place is perfect! There are a lot of choices when we go to Orlando every year, but we always come back to this one. It's perfect! If you are traveling with a bigger group or your adult kids like us, this place is amazing! Everyone has their own space. The pool is amazing, and the outdoor movie theater setup is amazing. We will back next year again!

Great place to stay especially for a large group of 15 like we had. Great price as well! Will definitely stay there again in the future. Owner had great communication with us and had people there within 2 hours for a couple of minor issues we had. He even provided an awesome short cut to the Disney parks as well! 5

What a wonderful place to spend with our three grown children and their families. It was comfortable for the 15 of us. They had all the equipment we needed for the children. The pool and hot tub were great. Plenty of towels for the bathrooms and the hot tub. We lost wi-fi for a while the last evening we were there.

A fantastic space with great rooms and family area and ideal for access to the parks. On the downside and my reasons for not giving an excellent review my major issue is with regards to an incident when my daughter fell when trying to pull a chair to the table as the seat became detached ( investigation showed that the seat was only held on by one screw not 4) Fortunately no serious injury ensued.Other trivial points were that there was a draining issue in one of the upstairs bedroom showers, I found the positioning of the towel rail in the downstairs left rear bedroom a touch strange as it is to the back of a quite large bath and almost unreachableOne of the toilet roll holders was brokenSome of the furniture was showing signs of wear and generally I didn't feel the place was as clean as it might have been.Clearly I am not aware of how the property operates and perhaps the minor points could be assigned to an end of season tiredness

Thank you for your review. This is a huge villa with very many lovely features and amenities. It is important that if there are any issues then they are reported early in your stay so that they can be dealt with by the management company and not cause irritation for the review. The comment on the towel rails being in the wrong place is because the rails are for decorative towels. It is just the design of the bathroom.
