I will not forward packages or mail to you after you check out. It creates undue liability for me and my team. You can set up delivery with a mailbox company or use Amazon locker services. Security Cameras: For the safety and security of our guests and property, we have four exterior security cameras located in the following areas: outside the garage, above the front door, overlooking the pool area, and at the rear of the property. These cameras are actively recording and monitoring the exterior only. There are no cameras inside the home.

No parties or events, violations will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Unauthorized photography or filming will incur a fee.
