Island Tower has a newly renovated exterior, and indoor and outdoor pools.
Island Tower is located on West Beach Blvd. in the heart of Gulf Shores within walking distance to the Hangout and Gulf Shores Beach Park, restaurants such as Bahama Bobs, or for pizza or ice cream across the street. This individual condo with 9-foot ceilings throughout has been renovated with beautiful, calming beach-colored walls, has new kitchen cabinets and appliances, including a stand-alone icemaker, ensuring plenty of ice for those hot summer days on the beach. The large U-shaped kitchen with undercounter lighting is equipped with most everything you will need to prepare a wonderful meal. You can sit and eat at our beautiful quartz counter height bar with 4 stools or at the dining table with 6 chairs. The bar also has a convenient pop-up outlet for you to plug in your phones, computers, etc. Free wi-fi is included.
This 22nd floor non-smoking condo is on the east corner with breathtaking views of white, sandy beaches and sparkling water so clear you can see the dolphins and an occasional shark! Floor-to-ceiling view of ocean and front balcony access from Living Room and Master Bedroom. The large front balcony includes a high-top table and 4 chairs for an unobstructed view of the water, plus new comfortable seating including a cushioned sofa and 2 swivel rockers plus a coffee table for the convenience of placing your drinks, snacks, etc. while you relax, visit with friends or loved ones. Enjoy privacy with no other guests at the same height as we are (22nd floor, east side) to view the beautiful surroundings. The building has only 3 units per floor, and the balconies are completely separated from each unit. Our unit has access to a 2nd balcony from the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms with seating to enjoy the view of ocean and lagoon.

Our condo has 3 Bedrooms and 3 baths. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, with a 42'' flat screen TV. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and a separate walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a king-sized bed with its own private bath with shower-tub combo, direct access to the east side balcony, and a 32" flatscreen TV. The 3rd bedroom has a queen-sized bed, 32" flat screen TV, and also has direct access to the east side balcony. It has access to the hall bath directly across from it with a tub-shower combo. New mattresses were purchased for all three beds just recently. We have a new sleeper sofa and 2 new swivel rocker-recliners in the Living Room. There is a queen-sized air mattress and a twin-sized fold out mattress for more extra sleeping space.
We have a laundry room with washer and dryer. You will find a container above the washer with 4 beach towels for your use during your stay. You will also find 5 beach chairs for guest use in there so that you don't have to pay for the beach service chairs. We only ask that you wash the towels before you leave and return them to the container. Also please wash the sand off the chairs before bringing them back inside. Please let us know if any of these items are missing upon your arrival.
Other amenities include an indoor infinity heated pool on the 3rd floor and also an outdoor infinity pool, both overlooking the gulf. The building has 150 ft. frontage on Gulf of Mexico.
There is a fitness center on the 4th floor where you can watch the waves while you work with treadmills, bikes, elliptical and weight machines, a sauna, and there are also bathrooms for changing.
There is a BBQ area beside building, and a mostly covered parking garage with a 2-car maximum per unit. The cost of the parking passes is included in your quote ($35 ea. with a limit of 2 passes per unit). The passes will be in the condo upon your arrival. There are 2 high-speed elevators. The building has interior sprinkler and smoke detector system, and it is a completely reinforced concrete structure.
