The home offers 2 great living spaces, one indoor and one outdoor. Plus, you can enjoy all the hiking and biking trails just outside for tons of exploring and enjoyment all year long.
Come enjoy this awesome floor plan starting in the great room. Enjoy some TV while relaxing on the large sectional sofa in this spacious, lovely room. There is a modern dining room table and chairs with seating for 8, with additional seating at a fun bar seating for four more! The kitchen is light and bright with white cabinets, stone countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove. Outdoors, you find a covered and lit patio with a patio table and chairs for outdoor dining at its best. There is also a Traeger pellet grill for yummy options for your family menu. The master has a large iron king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a large master bath that includes double sinks, a large tub, and a step-in shower.
Upstairs, you will find 4 more bedrooms, each with its own unique charm. Three of those bedrooms have queen beds. The last bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds with twin trundles. As a bonus, it has a futon for extra seating (or sleeping) and a TV to enjoy as well. So much fun for little ones or the young at heart.
Ladera at Sienna Hills is the perfect place to re-energize while you explore the amazing terrain of Southern Utah. Local hiking and biking trails are located just outside the community! The Ladera community is only minutes away from I-15 making restaurants, shopping, and other amenities just a short drive away!
PARKING: This house has a private garage. There is also additional guest parking next to the house (up to 15 slots). Bringing a trailer? There are a few oversized parking spots on the North end of the neighborhood. These are on a first come, first serve basis. You can also leave your boat at the Sand Hollow Marina lot (call Sand Hollow Lake for exact options)
