I seldom give a poor review, but I really do not want anyone else to be as inconvenienced and disappointed as I was. This property was WAY over priced for what it offered. Check in was easy and in fact the management company kindly allowed an early check in. That is where the good news ends. upon entry to the bottom floor smelled horrible. I could not figure out if it was sewer gas or just a really bad moldy musty smell. I went to turn on the dehumidifier and found the water tank completely full, as it must have been running prior to my arrival. The downstairs bathroom does not dry out after you take a shower, so this contributes to the wet/musty smell as well. The house is advertised as a two-bedroom, but that implies there are closets. There are NO CLOSETS in the downstairs bedroom; there are not even any hooks to hang a jacket upon entering the home. ....there is a closet at the upstairs entry, but it is locked out. The upstairs bedroom closets are locked, with the exception of a non-accessible closet BEHIND the headboard of the bed. There is no mirror in the upstairs bathroom. There is a mirror in the shower, which I did not find helpful at all. Difficult to get ready in the shower !!! The deck is beautiful, but trying to get the patio furniture cushions out of the large bin where they were stored was difficult, as the bin lid was broken and very heavy, awkward, nd dangerous to lift. The BBQ was dirty with food particles, and the grate was full of rust.
