Whether a romantic retreat or family getaway, guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, one bedroom/one bathroom cottage with a spacious sleeping loft, fully equipped kitchen, and large deck over looking the majestic St. Lawrence River.  The bedroom offers a full-sized bed, down pillows and premium linens. The sleeping loft offers three twin beds that can be converted to a king bed with a sitting area and balcony. The living/dining area features an open floor plan with a wall of windows that provides unobstructed river views and because the sitting area is outfitted with two daybeds - perfect for an afternoon nap. The kitchen features a full size refrigerator, a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The newly renovated bathroom offers a rain head shower and natural materials for a spa like experience. All linens and bath towels are included.

With a dock and direct access to the river, guests can enjoy a day of water sports, swimming, kayaking or fishing and later watch glorious sunsets from the deck adjacent to the living room.  A grill and fire pit are provided for guests' enjoyment as are a row boat, two kayaks, with paddles and life vests, two bicycles and yard games. The large platform dock will secure a 20' boat and accommodate swimmers and loungers alike.

The small store in Chippewa Bay sells bait, gas and other necessities. And the coin operated laundry in nearby Hammond provides an opportunity for laundry. Boat rentals are available at Schermerhorn Harbor Marina and all of the attractions in Alexandria Bay are less than 15 minute car ride away.
