It wasn't the location that was listed on the booking, it was in another neighborhood down the street, not nearly as nice. We could not access the gym because of a prior storm. Most importantly the place was infested with FLEAS. We are all severely bite up and needed to move out after 2 days. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Very Dirty

This house is not CLEAN. It is actually very unacceptable There are longhairs everywhere- stuck to walls- showers- in every corner. Upon arrival - I first noticed unwiped kitchen counters- not cleaned with left over food particles in airfryer. I was nicely guided that remaining bed linens where in dryer- there is a stain on top sheet that was already on bed. I attempted cooking easy spaghetti- to then find a few pieces of silverware. There is no tray. But it really goes back to the hair The floors are dirty The carpet is dirty- hair matted in carpet. We expected a clean place and it’s not.

A Father and Son bonding trip that never happened

My son’s soccer team had a college shootout and we decided to make the trip without the rest of the family. We reserved a 2br/2bath place to have our own space and be able to hangout in the evenings as we explore ATL.We got a late start so ended up arriving at the rental around 12:30am. There were cars in the parking spots when we arrived. I reached out to the host and was told that it was already occupied. Crazy!When I reached out to VRBO customer service, I was told at one point to book a room somewhere else via the internet. It was 1am, you can’t book a hotel for that night at 1am.Long story short, we had to rent a two bed hotel room and had to hang out in the lobby with a bunch of loud drunk people if we wanted to watch tv because the tv in our room didn’t work. We couldn’t change rooms because they were all booked because of the tournament going on.Overall, our father and son trip was not the experience we had hoped for. I also had to pay twice what I had planned on paying which caused my bank funds to be drained earlier than expected as we waited for the money paid a month prior to be return to my account.
