Property was great no problems at all during stay . Property owner communicated very well during stay. Would defiantly stay again!!! Loved the area !!

Peaceful getaway

This was theisr peaceful getaway our family has ever had. Our kids LOVED the secret game room. The property was very clean and provided all the necessities necessary, even with snacks.

This was truly the worse place that my husband and I have ever stay. The odor in the house was unbearable. Silverware was nasty with food stains, sinks stopped up. Bugs in kitchen and bathroom. Parking was terrible not at all like the pictures that are showed … So disappointed We were told that if we checked out after one day we would only be charged for cleaning fee.We were charged for taxes service fee etc

We’re sorry this stay wasn’t the right fit. The guest contacted us during their visit with a few concerns, and we responded immediately, offering to address items within our control. They stayed two nights and chose to depart early, and we refunded the nights in accordance with our agreement, retaining only the cleaning fee. As standard, Vrbo manages service fees and taxes separately from the host. We take pride in providing a clean, well-cared-for cabin and a great guest experience, as reflected in our consistent 10/10 reviews.

The cabin and hosts are absolutely spectacular. Starting with the cabin, it's in immaculate condition with a smattering of little special touches that made it feel all the more welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and inviting, and the living area was spacious yet cozy. The game room kept the guys busy, the hot tub was clean and relaxing, and the fire pit was just perfect.The hosts, Nichole and Jason, were warm and welcoming upon arrival. All communication was clear and informative, and they were more than accommodating and understanding with the ice storm that moved in this weekend (we ended up losing a night). They have done nothing but bend over backward to help, and have checked-in with us throughout the process. We can't wait to be back. Thank you so much for everything!

We have used VRBO for vacation rentals for 20 years. The beach, the mountains, National Parks, going to weddings in various cities etc. This cabin is one of the best. Great location - you are in the mountains yet a quick drive to downtown Helen (5 minutes). The cabin is beautifully decorated, very clean, and they actually provided all toiletries - even toothpaste and toothbrushes. Great basement with pop-a-shot, poker table, and pacman. And of course - the hot tub! A firepit (with firewood!). The beds were all comfy. Wifi was great. Plenty of TVs - which is awesome because if what you want is to just get away and still watch your shows - there is nothing wrong with that - I found myself very tempted to spend the night in because the cabin was so lovely and comfortable.
