Oasis On Oak 2-bedroom house in Historic Downtown Dayton for Perfect Living!

Cynthia and her family were in town for University of Dayton Parents Weekend. They took great care of the house and left it in wonderful shape after they left. She followed all check-in and check out instructions and maintain communication when needed during their stay. We would absolutely host them again.

Christine and her son were here for a wedding. They were the most excellent guests! She communicated very well during her entire stay and followed all check-in and checkout instructions. Even went above and beyond what we asked. The house was in fantastic shape after their stay and we can only wish that every guest was exactly like Christine. Would absolutely host again and highly highly recommend!

Corey and his family were in town for University of Dayton’s Commencement. They took wonderful care of the home like it was their own. They communicated every step of the way and followed all check in/out guidelines. Even went beyond. Great guests and would love to host them again!

Ryan and his group were here for a UD Alumni event and they were great guests! They followed all the House guidelines and were great in communicating and you would’ve barely known they were there. We definitely look forward to hosting them in the repeat future if it works out!

Lori and her friends were great! They came in for a weekend to visit friends and family, and were a breeze and ease to Host. We would definitely host her and her friends again and definitely recommend them to others!

Rachel and her friends were great. Would love to rent to them again in the future!

Cheryl and her husband were in town to check out the Air Force Museum and hang in Dayton for a a weekend. Guests and left the place looking amazing. We were more than happy to host. Them and would definitely love to see them again in the future.

Jed and his family were in town for the annual Winter Guard International that takes place at the University of Dayton every year. They were the type of guest you wish you could have every time. They communicated well and followed all the house, rules and guidelines. Our only wishes that they would’ve stayed longer. Highly recommend and hope to see them again in the future!

Shea and her friends were in town for a theatre show and spend the weekend in Dayton. They were excellent guests! Took care of the house like it was their own. Left the place, spotless, followed all the guidelines with check-in and checkout, and had great communication. We only wish all of our guests were like that. Would definitely rent two again and highly recommend!

Christina and her family were AMAZING guests. She recently had a knee replacement at the local hospital and chose our place due to the wheelchair ramps as well as walk-in shower with grab handles and permanent seat, etc. They definitely treated the place like their own and although they were there almost a month you wouldn’t have even known they were there for a weekend. Great guests, 100%.

Thanks Garrett! Let us know when you are back in the area and we will try to accommodate you again!

Kimberley and her husband and group were amazing!!!! We wish all guests were as friendly and respectable as them. They left the place in the best possible shape after staying for 10 nights. Seems like they were there less than that for how nice it was upon check out. Can’t wait to host them again. 😀

Deborah and her family were great! They were here for an extended stay of 10 days, but you would’ve never known it because the place was absolutely immaculate after they checked out. If only every guest and family could be like them. :-) They were very polite and communicating, and we would more than happily host them again in an instant. As before, everything was nice and neat and exactly the way it was before they got there, and I know that they took as much respect and love for the house that we do our ourselves. Thanks again for letting us host you and the family! -Eric and Whit

Kristiane and her guest were fantastic!!! They followed all check-in and check out instructions and more importantly treated the Home like it was their own. Almost wouldn’t have known they were there except for the used bed. Highly recommend and hope to see them again in the future!
