Happy Place at Sea Cabin in Cherry Grove - Unit 317 - 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Condo

Thank you for staying with us. I clearly stated on the description of the condo that it was in the 3rd floor and there is not an elevator. I will make sure the cleaner cleans the Keurig and microwave. I am sue this was an over sight.

I personal contracted the renter as soon as the repair man left the condo and said the washer could not be fixed until the part was ordered. The dryer still was operational. I offered to compensate the renter by paying for laundry washed at the onsite laundry facilities during their stay. At first, she was ok with this and then called later that night and wanted a great deal more of a compensation stating that washing laundry at the onsite laundry facilities would take away from her family time. Also, the renter called and complained about every little things she was not happy about such as the previous renter not starting the dishwasher. I expressed that I was sorry that the dishwasher was not started and it was an over site of my cleaning person not to check this. When checking out, the renter sent a text which stated that the dishwasher had been started. When the cleaning person arrived at the condo, the dishwasher had not been started. I tried ever thing to make this renter happy during their stay.
