It is a harmonious place where safety is one of the fundamental points so that your experience in our site in Playa del Carmen is wonderful.
It is a closed fractionation with 24hrs surveillance, there is a central park with a track to run and a basketball court, the pool is semi-Olympic and if you want to spend some time alone, you can enjoy it in one of the palapas that are located in several points of the central park .

The place is ideal to rest or to have a party, in the pool area there are barbecues and a suitable space to live with your friends and family.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one with double bed, closet and air conditioning, another with double bed, single bed, closet, air conditioning and a balcony, a double sofa bed in the living room, sheets, blankets, bath towels. Full bathroom, dining room for 6 people, air conditioning in the living room, equipped kitchen with 6 burner grill, 13 'refrigerator with water dispenser, pots, cutlery and glassware for up to 8 people. Patio service with boiler and gas tank.

The neighborhood

To buy your food and drinks, you have very close Plaza Las Americas where you will find Chedraui, also there is very close a Walmart and in the corner, to go walking an OXXO.
5th Avenue and Playa Mamitas is only 10 minutes away by car and water parks like Xcaret, Xplor and the new Xenses, among others only 15 minutes. Tulum is 40 minutes away, Cancun is 40 minutes, Isla Mujeres is 1.30 hrs, Chichen Itza is 1.50 hrs, Holbox is 2 hrs, Cozumel Island is 30 minutes, Bacalar is 3 hrs, and there are many cenotes, lagoons and beautiful beaches. The Riviera Maya of which you will fall in love.

How to get around

If you rented a car, you may feel reassured because there is a parking drawer assigned to the apartment as well as guest parking spaces inside the unit.
Alternatively you can use taxis, the telephone to request them we can provide them, and Uber will soon enter Playa del Carmen.
You can also move in public transportation that pass right on the avenue that is leaving the fractionation.

Other highlights

As in all wet places, there are mosquitoes however, the apartment has mosquito nets on all its windows, so you will only need to wear repellent when you walk out.
