We had a great stay! It was perfect to accommodate family for my husbandā€™s graduation weekend. Everything was clean and well-lit. The beds were comfortable. There was ample seating and hang-out spaces. The water pressure in the shower was good. The hosts were responsive to questions and graciously came by to help us when my dad accidentally locked us out.

It was a great location and a great neighborhood. The only flaw about my experience was the upstairs bathroom was clogged when we got there, but other than that, it was amazing!

Home was perfect for a weekend visiting my daughter at ECU. Close location to downtown (need to drive) the rooms were large in size with plenty of space throughout the home. We will absolutely stay again on our next visit with family and friends.

Place was not clean. Sheets had been slept on. Trash in all the garbage cans. Sinks and kitchen dirty. No internet service. Host promised a refund but never gave one. Hard to find the location of unit as you enter through a back alley.

This is a very beautiful and spacious townhouse. There is free parking for 2 vehicle. The beds are very comfortable with a suprise 3rd floor bonus room.This room was equipped with a popcorn machine and complementary popcorn. There was a few inconveniences. There were no washcloths and only 2 bath towels available one in each of the full bathrooms. We also couldn't find and dish detergent and only 1 dish washer pod. We couldn't find the light for the master bedroom closet.Besides these issues we had a great experience.

Stunning home

What an amazing home! Had a splendid experience we got to enjoy the dining room, kitchen and having a bedroom for each one of us was amazing got a lot of rest but most importantly had a great trip. I would forjare book this rental next time Iā€™m in town

The outside of the property did not match the pictures. This is an older property and the owner is working to get it up to speed and has made some obvious improvements. The outside front and back had not been cleaned in a while. There are sunken living and dining rooms on the first floor that are hard to see and easy to step off unknowingly. The kitchen was bright and provided needed amenities. There were no washcloths in either bathroom and the towels in the master bathroom were damp.

Not a good experience.

Our biggest issues were with cleanliness. There was dust and debris on the floors. Used sheets of the bed. Items previous guests had left behind. Dirty dishes left in the dishwasher because it didnā€™t work when we tried to run it again. The owner was responsive but took a while. We were offered some money back when we brought up the issues. But we would not stay again.

The property itself was located in a nice quiet area and was great for our family and 3 small dogs. However there must have been large gap between rentals as the house was not fully cleaned. And whoever the cleaner was left bedding in the dryer still wet and it was covered in mildew. We also had to literally go on a treasure hunt to find towels and wash them ourselves for use. My mom swept and mopped the entire first floor due those little worms that are very invasive here in NC. The owner was responsive and apologized and made things right. The beds were comfortable and the game room upstairs was great. My only thing I would request would be for the patio area to be leaf blown and fluffed for people to be able to use it. While it was a bumpy start on arrival our trip ended on a good note. Things happen and sometimes people who are hired don't do a good job and I can't put that on the owner. We would totally stay here again when visiting our son at ECU.

Did not start out well, but ended ok

We had issues with the check-in process. I never received check-in instructions or a code. I sent the owner a message through the VRBO app, then a text, then left a voicemail. After about an hour of trying, I contacted the VRBO helpdesk. They attempted to contact the owner with no response. They told me I could cancel and get my money back but this was a busy weekend for college visits and I knew there would be little to no other options. I then texted the owner again. I called and left another voicemail, then called again, on the third try the owner answered. There appeared to be a miscommunication and someone else in her office was supposed to send the check-in instructions. While I understand things happen, I made considerable attempts just to get the check-in code and spent over an hour trying to get the info. It ended up working out and we got the code about 5-10 minutes before we actually arrived at the property. (We arrived at 8pm and check-in was at 3pm.) Overall, the property was good. The master bedroom had not been vacuumed in some time, it was pretty filthy. And, when we went to the third floor, an overwhelming smell was present. It smelled like a skunk...I thought that perhaps it was a neighbor b/c these are townhomes. The smell was still there the next day.
