Exquisite executive suite condo on ground floor in Central Austin, 3 miles north of the Austin Convention Center and just a few blocks north of the University of Texas campus. This light and airy suite has approx. 1000 sq. ft. and is a beautiful 1 bedroom (queen bed), 1 bath with complete kitchen and dining room, granite counter tops and washer/dryer. The living room can sleep an additional two people with either another queen bed or single bed and couch/inflatable beds.

The suite comes equipped with complete kitchen, including a Keurig coffee maker, coffee and tea, toiletries, hair dryer and washer/dryer. The suite has flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom, a CD/DVD player, Roku and free WiFi. An all-in-one laser printer copier/scanner is available for use by guests. The suite is within walking distance to a 24 hour supermarket, a Coffee Bean and Tea, stores, restaurants and a 24 Hour Fitness gym with a pool and sauna.

The condo is located in a highly desirable residential area of central Austin, 3 miles north of the Austin Convention Center and just a few blocks directly north of the University of Texas campus. Access to downtown is quick and easy (approx. 5 minutes to center of UT campus and 10 minutes to heart of downtown by bus or car). Located across the street is the direct downtown bus service on #10 bus (10 minutes). A 9 hole public golf course is 2 blocks away and a public park with outdoor swimming and tennis is nearby. Just 3 - 4 blocks away are a 24 Hour Fitness gym, with an indoor pool and sauna, a 24 hour supermarket, a Coffee, Bean and Tea, and other restaurants and stores.

Getting around is easy – ride hailing companies, direct bus to downtown, taxis, rental cars and rental bikes are close by. If you prefer a direct bus to downtown: condo is right on the #10 bus stop/route to the Capitol & downtown area, and then continues on to South Congress area - simply hop on the #10 bus across the street and you will be in the heart of UT campus in 5 minutes and downtown in 10 minutes. Bikes are available for rent at various locations. Avis and Budget Car Rental is 6 blocks away.
