THE ROAD: Please be aware that the road leading to the house is a steep gravel road. Our cleaner (as well as several guests) drive a 2WD, but some flat landers may be more comfortable with AWD or 4WD. There will be no refunds, allowances, or date changes for a 2WD vehicle that cannot make it up the road.

WIFI: Wifi can be very spotty in our area in the mountains, especially during inclement weather. If you are looking to work remotely, this may not be the right fit for you.
