House Rules & Seasonal Tips
• No parties, fireworks, or loud music – Respect the peaceful surroundings
• Quiet hours after 10 PM – Full-time neighbors nearby
• No pets allowed – This is a pet-free retreat
• Firewood NOT provided – Bring your own for the fire pit
• Winter Guests: 4x4 vehicle recommended for snowy conditions

Guests must remove garbage & recycling at the local dump (open 24/7).

- Dock is subject to seasonal operations, please message us if it’s available during your reservation.

- We require all guests to provide valid legal ID and sign a rental agreement for the reserved dates.

- List of all guests and ages

- 50% of total booking costs (remaining 50% due 30 days before your stay)

- $2,500 security deposit

Guests are required to take all garbage & recycling with them upon checkout.
If you’d prefer to leave the garbage behind, a $150 disposal fee will apply. If you choose this option, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
