Located conveniently close to the railway, The Old Station House is ideal for commuters and travellers alike. Whether you're exploring the local attractions or simply unwinding with loved ones, this historic home sets the stage for a truly unforgettable holiday experience.
The space
Welcome to The Old Station House – where every step unveils a world of elegance and comfort. As you enter through the front door, you're greeted by a beautifully decorated hallway illuminated by automatic lights embedded in the wall – a welcoming touch that sets the tone for your stay.

Step into the lounge room, a cosy haven adorned with a smart TV and electric fire. Sink into the plush sofas and bask in the natural light streaming through the large bay window, providing the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration.

Next, discover the heart of the home – a spacious kitchen, dining, and sofa area designed for gatherings of family and friends. With integrated appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, and washing machine, as well as a wood-burning log fire and ample seating for eight, this space is ideal for entertaining. The modern industrial aesthetic, complemented by stone floors and sleek design elements, creates a captivating ambiance, enhanced by a skylight and patio doors leading to the outside space. Outside there is a separate building which has been converted into your very own games space with table tennis, darts and even a pac man arcade game. Great for little and big kids alike!

A convenient downstairs WC adds an extra touch of comfort and convenience before ascending the modern staircase to the upper floors. Bedroom one awaits, offering a cosy retreat with a king-size bed, smart TV, and stunning garden views.

Parking- one parking space in the driveway, if you have a particularly large vehicle you may have to park on the road.

The perfect place to visit all the local attractions such as Blackpool Tower, Blackpool Pleasure Beach, Stanley Park, Blackpool Zoo, The Gruffalo Experience, Blackpool, St.Anne's and Cleveleys Beach, Lytham Hall, Winter Gardens and much more.
Also consider a stay with us if you're visiting the area if you're attending the following events: Blackpool Pride, Lytham Festival, Rebellion Weekend, Pigeon Weekend, Blackpool Air Show, Blackpool Illuminations and The International Firework Championships.
Guest access
At our holiday home, guests will enjoy full and exclusive access to the entire property, including the beautiful garden area. You'll have the space all to yourselves, as there are no shared areas here.

Please note that while you'll have the privacy of your own space, there are neighbours on either side, as this is a residential area. We kindly ask that guests be considerate and respectful of the neighbours, keeping noise levels to a minimum after 10pm to ensure everyone's comfort.

Please also note the driveway will only fit one car. There is free on street parking but it can get busy at times

1. **Railway Line**: Our holiday home is situated adjacent to a railway line that is still in use. While the house is fully insulated and double glazed to minimize noise, please be aware that there may be occasional minimal noise from passing trains, particularly at the rear of the property.

2. **Town Centre Location**: We are located in the heart of the town center, offering convenient access to local amenities and attractions. While there is ample street parking available with no restrictions, there may be occasions when parking directly outside the home is unavailable due to high demand. However, rest assured that you can still utilise the driveway for parking.
