- The property requires a damage deposit of USD XX /night/unit on the credit/debit card provided. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and is refunded IN FULL upon check-out.

- Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival.

- To check-in, bring your valid government-issued photo ID or passport to the front desk in the lobby. The minimum age required to check-in is 21 years old.

- Upon arrival, a mandatory resort fee of 10% /stay/per unit (plus tax) will be collected, this is not included in the daily rate.

- Please check-in at the Sun & Ski Inn and Suites hotel lobby for your welcome package and keys. Multiple stairs to access the condo level.

- Pets are not allowed.

- The Mountainside Resort does have their own laundry facility, indoor pool, and hot tub in a separate building.
