The amenities here are absolutely endless! Some of the amazing amenities of this huge property are an INDOOR swimming pool, hot tub, pool table and outdoor gazebo. Additionally you will find one half bathroom, a BBQ grill, Smart TVs, HIGH-SPEED WIFI, cable, and a huge living space for gatherings.



Additional Info:

Additional Trash Pickup: We ensure all trash is removed before each guest's arrival. If any extra trash pickup is requested during the stay, a $75 fee will apply.

Additional Pool/Hot Tub Cleaning: The pool and hot tub are cleaned before your arrival. If additional cleanings are needed during your stay, we’ll coordinate with our cleaning team to schedule the service. A $125 fee will apply for each additional cleaning.

Events: Any events must be disclosed to the host and the reservation must be made ONLY after pre-approval from the host. Unauthorized events are subject to at least $1000 fee plus any damage to the property.

Pets: We are a pet-friendly property for a small fee of $250 per stay. You may bring up to 2 pets. The guests are required to disclose the breed of the pet and the weight, for pre-approval.
If you do not include pets in your reservation and were found to bring them in, then you will be charged at least $250 per pet and you will be asked to leave the property. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Any damage to the furniture or excess cleaning due to pets will be subject to a minimum of $500 charge plus damages and cleaning fee.

Hot Tub: Guests must use the hot tub in a careful and safe manner.

Smoking: Smoking, vaping, or using any drugs inside the rental is strictly prohibited. A $750 fee, along with added cleaning costs and any related damages, will be charged for violations.

Children & Safety:
This is a child-friendly property but the children must be supervised at all times. Guests are solely responsible for taking necessary safety precautions, including childproofing the space.

Guests agree to release the property owner and their agents from any responsibility for accidents, injuries, theft, or property damage occurring during the stay. This includes, but is not limited to, claims arising from personal injury or loss of personal belongings.

Pool: Pets are NOT allowed near the indoor pool area. The pool water temperature is maintained between 80-82F. Please note that no lifeguard is on duty. Use of pool facilities is at your own risk.

Occupancy Rules:
Only the individuals listed on the reservation may stay overnight. Any additional guests beyond the guest count mentioned in the reservation, are subject to $200 per night per additional guest.

Linens & Supplies:
A basic set of linens is provided at check-in. No daily housekeeping or restocking is included. Initial supplies of toiletries and cleaning items are provided but will not be replenished during your stay.

Furniture & Property Guidelines:
Do not rearrange or remove any furniture or furnishings. Loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest.

Pest Control:
The property is treated regularly for pests, but occasional sightings may occur due to the area’s climate. No refunds will be issued for pest-related issues. Any concerns should be reported to the host for resolution.

Quiet hours:
The guest must respect the neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.

Safety Regulations:
The property must not be used for any unlawful purposes. Possession or use of firearms, explosives, fireworks, hazardous materials, illegal drugs, or any flammable or dangerous substances is strictly prohibited on or near the premises. Acts of violence or aggressive behavior are not tolerated under any circumstances.
Any guest found in violation of these safety guidelines will be held responsible for any resulting damages, will incur a $500 penalty, and will be subject to immediate eviction without refund.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment. Travel insurance can provide reimbursement for covered events that may disrupt your travel plans, such as medical or family emergencies, illness, work obligations, or severe weather. For a complete list of covered scenarios, please consult directly with your chosen travel insurance provider. Please note that we are unable to accommodate cancellations, changes, or refunds outside of our stated policy and will refer you to your travel insurance provider in the event of a change in your travel plans.

Should the host have reason to believe that any terms of this agreement have been violated, they reserve the right to enter the property and/or end the rental agreement at their discretion. In the event of termination, guests must vacate the premises immediately and will forfeit all payments made, including rent, deposit and any applicable fees that was charged.
