Intimate villa positioned on a rock directly on the Brsec beach, spectacular location overlooking 180 ° sea and island Cres.

Villa is located directly on a rock on the main Bersec beach.
The house is composed on the first floor of a cozy living room with kitchen, bathroom shower and a special loft used as a bedroom.
The living room is fully glazed so that you can enjoy the fantastic view of the sea and islands.
Adjacent to the living room there are two terraces, one covered and equipped with a fireplace-grill to be able to make fabulous grill with a view directly on the small Brsec beach and overlooking the Bay of Rijeka, the other leading to the pool with Jacuzzi-take area with sun and views of the harbor and the island of Cres Brsec.
The lower ground floor connected by a spiral staircase is composed of two large rooms with sea views and each with a chance to get out on the terraces, and a large bathroom with separate shower.

Guests will have private parking directly under the house.

We wait guests on their arrival in the house for handing over the keys and to give explanations on it.

Check-in is after 3PM
Villa during July and August is rented for a minimum of 7 days or according to specific requests.
