This is a 100-year old house with original hardwood oak floors, 5 bedrooms, front porch, back patio, backyard/hill with natural landscaping and daily visits by the local deer population.

Sleeps 11 people plus a playpen and portable crib are available. Beds are super comfy 12” plush memory foam mattresses with PeachSkin Sheets on all beds for a superior sleep experience.

Amenities: Wifi, Smart TVs, washer and dryer on first floor. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking/baking. Dining room is spacious with a table that opens up to seat 8. Living room has couch, love seat and piano. There is a bathroom on each floor, a brand new high-capacity water heater, and ample street parking in front of home.

We have stocked the house with basic amenities so our guests can travel lightly. A smart lock is installed to ensure a convenient check in. We live a short 4 blocks away, so we are available quickly should any issues arise.

Please note: Towels are in the hall closet on the 2nd floor, and in the adjoining closet of the 3rd floor bedrooms. 2 towels per guest are allotted. Make-up washcloths are available as well. We kindly request that you do not use white washcloths or white towels to remove make-up or for dying hair.
