Cozy cottage w/pool in convenient Highland Park!

Newly delisted after a two year break! Wooded and private central Austin guesthouse with convenient access to all areas of Austin. Our cozy studio guest house is located in a small cul-de-sac in the Highland Park West neighborhood, only 5 miles from downtown Austin. We're in walking distance to a great coffee shop/bakery, book store, gym, an amazing massage place, a park, a grocery store and shopping centers, and a few wonderful restaurants.

The cottage is across the driveway from our main house, and there is plenty of street parking. We have a saltwater pool, a hammock, and plenty of shade in the back yard!

The studio area has a queen-sized bed, a TV with antenna and a Roku with Netflix, Amazon, HBO, etc. apps. There is a window unit a/c and space heaters.

The bathroom is small, but has all of the essentials, including toiletries and hair dryer. There are also two cozy hotel robes, bath towels, and beach towels (for the pool).

There isn’t a full kitchen (no dishwasher or sink), but there is a mini-fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster/toaster oven, keurig, dishes, and utensils. Instacart and Favor also deliver here, which is a great convenience. We provide a few things to get you started: toilet paper, paper towels, water bottles, and trash bags.

Guests are welcome to use our back yard (porch, pool, etc). The yard is fenced in for our dogs, so we require both back gates to be shut at all times.
