When you walk in the front door, you will fall in love with the wide open floor plan. High Vaulted ceilings covered in shiplap, coastal colors and hardwoods floors welcome you. The home offers a modern kitchen with White Shaker Cabinets, porcelain farmer's sink, quartz countertops and High End GE Cafe appliances. The living, dining and kitchen area have tons of natural light boasting transom windows and double sliders that ease onto a large deck. The deck is perfect for any weather and offers the perfect water views. My favorite time was first thing in the morning with a cup of coffee. There is an outdoor table that seats 6 comfortably, a gas grill and a seating area for 4+ people. If you walk down the stairs from the deck, there is a huge yard, perfect for some cornhole, yard games, or a great area for the kids to play. The house boasts 3 ample bedrooms with plenty of closet space along with dressers, so you don't have to live out of a suitcase. The first floor is serviced by a beautifully updated bathroom with double vanity, Shower and Tub. There is a bonus finished lower level with walkout access, which offers an additional guest room and full bath. There is a washer dryer right next to the sliders going outside so after a long day at the beach, you can jump in the outdoor shower, walk in the lower level and toss your towels and suits right in the washing machine. It couldn't be easier. The home has central AC throughout along with Sonos speaker system, WIFI, TVs on both levels and includes the linens. Also, there is plenty of off street parking for 4 cars+ and a shed you are welcome to utilize. There are cornhole boards, paddle boards, beach chairs, kids beach toys, kids Razor scooters and a beach cart. There is an entrance to Green Pond across the street which you can launch the paddle boards easily. Perfectly located 8 minutes from downtown Falmouth and The Mashpee commons and about a 4 minute drive to Menauhant Beach which offers a visitor parking area. This is a quintessential Cape escape and you will know why its been loved by my family when you come and stay.
