The Erie Escape is 800 square feet, 3 bedroom cottage located a short 2 minute walk to Long Point beach. Great for hunter, birder, or beach-goers getaway. Situated on a corner lot, steps from the channel, with easy access for canoes, kayaks, sea-doo and small boats. The street is quiet, safe and family friendly with lots of parking along side of cottage.

Three bedroom, 1 queen, 1 double and bunk bed (single top, double bottom) and 2 pull out couches (both double), tv, dvd/vhs player, radio, free wifi. Outdoors features include BBQ, patio furniture, fire pit, outdoor clothes line, garbage bins, and recycling bins. Two large decks to enjoy the summer sun.
Full bathroom with shower, blow dryer, clothes iron, cleaning supplies. All tap water is conditioned, so it is drinkable. Kitchen is fully equipped: dishes, glassware, plastic/glass, juice and milk jugs, full size fridge with freezer, oven, all utensils, pots, pans, frying pans, microwave, coffee maker and filters, kettle, blender, 4 slice toaster. Also includes cleaning tools which include broom, dustpan, mop/bucket and vacuum.

You must provide ALL your own linens; including pillows, sheets, blankets, bath towels, beach towels, kitchen towels, etc.

Toiletries, toilet paper, any paper/plastic dishes/utensils, paper towels, garbage bags and firewood are NOT supplied.

NO smoking policy. Pet policy can be discussed.

Arrival Saturday @ 3 PM - Departure Saturday @ 11 AM

Rented year round, only rent for weeks in July 1st thru September 4th and weekends/weeks for the remainder of the year.
Five minutes to the quaint town of Port Rowan with grocery store, LCBO, Beer Store bank, boutiques and restaurants. Marinas with boat rentals, kiteboarding, fishing, spa, golf, winery, zip lining are all in the area.
We only rent to families and groups over the age of 25. Please inquire if you have any questions.
