Beautiful apartment, 2-4 pax., very bright, with a sea view, in a nice and quiet estate/neighbourhood a 100m. to the beach, in Costa Calma (Fuerteventura) with Blue Flag of European Community. Close to a palm forest with the new walk and next to supermarkets, shopping centres, bus, banks, restaurants, pubs, etc. Fully equipped with furniture, household goods, electrical appliances (TV with individual and collective satellite dish, radio, fridge, a ceramic hob, a electrical oven, coffee machine, etc.). It has a terrace of 14m, where you see the sea, completeley equipped (hammocks, clothes horse, etc.). Private parking. In the zone, all kinds of water sports can be practised. Ideal for a few calm and sunny vacations!!!

Perfect relation quality&price. Nice seaviews.

This is the 2nd. time of our holiday in this apartment. We like it very much for its location, clean, full equipped, its seaviews from the balcony and others. Close to the beach, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, all. The sun and beaches to impress us, because of their beauty and warmth. Highly recommended for you.

Splendid seaviews, marvellous!.

Really nice, clean, carefull, cute, with everything you may need as tools for cooking as others. The seaviews from the balcony is fantastic with furniture of garden. The area is full of shops as supermarket, restaurants, homemade bread and pastries, banks and every service. It has a private parking. We did not rent a car, the bus stop is very near to visit the island. Near the sea, it is perfect to have a good holiday there.

Nice apartment, full-equipped, fantastic seaviews

With some friends, we have been in two apartments in the same complex. Both belong to the same owner. This was very comfortable for us because we were nine people, being the apartments very close together. This is very nice, clean, full-equipped in the kitchen to cook, the balcony is great with fantastic seaviews. The location is perfect, close the sea, supermarket, shops, restaurants, etc. The owner take care of the apartments, so I recommend to stay there for a nice holiday.

The apartment is inside of a nice and quite complex. The terrace is huge with furniture and marvellous seaviews. The apartament is clean, nice, well equipped. Near the sea and every service. Private parking close to the main door. It was perfect for us to come back again.

Beautiful views, nice and equipped, near the beach

We were in two apartments, in this same complex, to visit the island, it is in the perfect area for it. Both belong to the same owner. Specifically, this apartment is in very good condition, equipped with everything you need. The sea views from the terrace are beautiful. The wifi works at great speed. Television has international channels, in several languages. There is private parking, next to the apartment, very comfortable. Everything was perfect, we hope to return soon.

Fantastic, beautiful views of the sea, complete.

One of the best apartments in Costa Calma. For fifteen years, we have been going to Costa Calma and this apartment, without doubt, is one of the ones we liked the most. It is well taken care of, pretty, cute and complete. It has beautiful views of the sea, from the balcony. It is close to all services, such as supermarkets, shops, restaurants and, most importantly, the beach. In addition, it has parking next to the apartment, for greater comfort. We could not ask for more, we loved it and, we have already booked it for next year.

100% perfect quality - price ratio. Nice Seaviews

The area is perfect, near the sea and all the necessary shops. The sea views are stunning, the terrace is quite large with terrace furniture and sunbeds for sunbathing, resting. The apartment is beautiful, very well maintained, equipped, international television channels, speed in wi-fi, parking at the door and the complex is very nice. We could not ask for more, our vacations were perfect there.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in het appartement. Op loopafstand van winkels, restaurants, de zee, koffietentjes en supermarkten. Keuken goed uitgerust. Schoon linnengoed aanwezig. In de kamer zijn slaapbanken (zitcomfort iets minder). Wifi apart betalen. Balkondeuren goed sluiten bij afwezigheid en ook s nachts. Er wordt regelmatig ingebroken in het complex

Schöne Wohnung

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in Costa Calma gut gefallen .Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer schönen Anlage.Sie ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht.Die Terrasse mit Meerblick ist super .Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war wunderbar .Der Kühlschrank ging kaputt und einige Stunden später war sofort ein neuer da .Wir können das Appartement sehr empfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick, ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie brauchen, nahe am Strand und allem.

Komfortabel und angenehm, schöner Meerblick von einer großen Terrasse mit Grill, Sonnenliegen und Terrassenmöbeln. Es liegt in der Nähe des Strandes und aller Dienstleistungen wie einem Supermarkt, Geschäften, Restaurants und anderen. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie brauchen, es hat Parkplätze neben der Wohnung. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die ganze Insel zu kennen. Sehr sauberer Strand mit transparentem Wasser. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend, um in der Sonne zu entspannen, auf den Sonnenliegen am Strand. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick

Der Schnitt der Wohnung ist für zwei Leute ideal, extra Schlafzimmer, großzügiger Aufenthaltsraum inkl. Küchenzeile. In der Küche ist alles notwendige vorhanden, sogar eine Saftpresse 😉. Das Bad ist hell wegen einer Glaskuppel, das Schlafzimmer geht leider auf die Straße raus, die morgens ziemlich laut ist. Aber es gibt einen geräumigen Balkon mit wunderschönem Meerblick. Supermärkte und Lokale sind in Laufnähe, ebenso wie der Strand.

A major disappointment

Having been misguided by the picture and the descriptions 'sea view' and 'penthouse', our arrival was not a very exciting beginning. The property is an upstairs flat which looks across the roofs of others, with the sea in the distance. The flat is quite small, and being keen self caterers, we were not happy to be told at the last minute that the oven wasn't working and hadn't been for some time. In addition we found threadbare towels, very meagre bedlinen, a daily charge of three euros for wifi, and one identifiable wine glass. While the flat in itself was acceptable, we felt that its contents were very poor and that a few additions would have gone to make our stay a lot more pleasant. I wonder how we can avoid the sort of misinformation that led to our booking !

Sehr schön - aber es gibt noch Verbesserungen

Alles prima, vor allem die Terasse. Windgeschützt, sonnig und Meerblick. Einrichtung ist auch so weit in Ordnung, die Auflagen könnten mal wieder neu. Die Fernbedienungen von Fernseher und Receiver funktionieren nicht und die direkten Einstellungen am Receiver auch nicht. Ich würde vielleicht noch eine Flasche Wasser zur Begrüßung hinstellen. Ansonsten alles in Ordnung. Hervorzuheben ist die gute Betreuung von Phil. Er macht das wirklich gut. Man sollte aber Englisch können.

Eccellente!!!

Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni in questo bellissimo appartamento pulito, in ordine e completo di tutto l'occorrente. Balcone attrezzato con lettini, tavolo e sedie con una vista sul mare stupenda.Posizione strategica per visitare l'isola, comodo a tutti i servizi che Costa Calma offre ed alla bellissima spiaggia. Proprietaria gentilissima e molto disponibile, anche Philip il suo incaricato molto gentile e disponibilissimo. Sicuramente quando torneremo a Fuerteventura torneremo in questo fantastico appartamento. Altamente raccomandato.

Great home, beautiful, perfect. Relaxing days.

I feel like writing these two lines about my stay on the beautiful island of Fuerteventura. They were absolutely relaxing days especially for the great home we stayed at. We felt right at home, home in perfect order, cleanliness and everything we needed to stay there. Definitely I will make a great publicity in Italy of your apartments and also when we return on the island your apartments will be our first choice. Also thanks to Philip for the excellent organization and resolution of the problem with the boiler and the immediate replacement of the final part of the shower. It was very nice and helpful with all of us. Thanks again and many compliments of everything.

Muy buena relación calidad - precio. Perfecto.

Muy cuidado, agradable decoración, amplia terraza con maravillosas vistas al mar,. Está en una zona con todo lo necesario, supermercado y centros comerciales. En el interior del apartamento, hay todo tipo de electrodomésticos, vajilla y otros, para cocinar. Aparcamiento en la misma puerta del apartamento. Muy cerca, se encuentra una playa tranquila, transparente y limpia. Nos sentimos muy bien allí, lo recomendamos a todo el mundo.

Wohnung gut gepflegt, sauber, ordentlich, große Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer, voll ausgestattete Küche. Der Fernseher hat deutsche und internationale Kanäle. Das WLAN arbeitet mit hohen Geschwindigkeit. Es hat einen Parkplatz vor der Tür. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß ist der Strand, Geschäfte, Einkaufszentren, Banken, Autovermietung, Supermarkt, Restaurants und Unterhaltung. Für uns war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Wir fanden, was wir gesucht hatten. Meerblick.

Komfortabel, schön, mit allem, was Sie brauchen, und sehr sauber. Die Terrasse ist groß und mit herrlichem Meerblick. Es hat einen Parkplatz neben der Wohnung. Internet ist schnell. Es liegt in der Nähe zum Strand und alle notwendigen Dienstleistungen. Der Supermarkt ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Daneben gibt es ein Haus Bäckerei, wo wir Brot gekauft und jeden Morgen rollen, alles super. Wir waren auf der Suche nach Ruhe, in der Nähe von Strand und sicher genug, wir fanden es.

Coqueto, limpio, equipado, cómodo, vistas al mar.

Está muy completo, limpio, equipado, cómodo y espacioso. Tiene vistas al mar, desde una amplia terraza con barbacoa, tumbonas y muebles de jardin. Tiene aparcamiento al lado. El wifi del complejo, funciona a gran velocidad. A unos minutos caminando a la playa, supermercado, tiendas y restaurantes. Nos gustó mucho, volveremos pronto.

Es hat uns gefallen. Einfach nur perfekt.

Gemütlich, sauber, ausgestattet, Meerblick von der Terrasse. Es ist ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurants und Geschäften. Der Strand ist groß, ruhig, sicher, sauber, feiner Sand, klares Wasser. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung entspannen und einen schönen Strand in einer herrlichen Gegend genießen.

Herrliche Wohnung in der Nähe von Strand,Meerblick

Es ist sehr schön, sauber, ordentlich, mit einer Einrichtung, die Ruhe und Erholung einlädt. Die Terrasse bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer, mit Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirmen, Grill und Gartenmöbel. Das Internet arbeitet mit hohen Geschwindigkeit und alles ist in perfektem Zustand. Parkplatz befindet sich direkt neben der Wohnung. Rund um gibt es Geschäfte, Einkaufszentren, Restaurants, Supermärkte, Banken, Hausbäckerei. Sehr nah an einen Strand mit feinem Sand sehr sauber, mit Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirmen, Bars, klaren Wasser, türkis. Groß für unseren Urlaub.

Schöne Wohnung in Costa Calma

Die Wohnung liegt ca. 300 Meter oberhalb des schönen Strandes von Costa Calma. Ein Parkplatz stand uns direkt vor der Wohnung zur Verfügung und war immer frei. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnraum mit Kochecke, ein Bad und eine schöne Terrasse mit Meerblick. Das Bad mit Dusche ist ziemlich klein, aber für eine Woche vollkommen ausreichend, der Duschkopf und die Silikonfugen müssten mal erneuert werden. Die Wohnung ist sauber, verfügt über SAT-TV und WLAN. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat wunderbar funktioniert und es gab keinerlei Probleme. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und immer korrekt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, kleinere Renovierungsarbeiten sind aber notwendig, daher nur vier von fünf Sternen.

Meerblick, sonne, gut gepflegt und ausgestattet.

Es ist in einem schönen Ort, am Meer, mit Parkplatz vor der Tür. In einer Minute zu Fuß sind Sie in der Mall mit Geschäften, Supermärkten, Restaurants, etc. Die Wohnung ist makellos sauber, komfortabel mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht. Die Terrasse ist geräumig und mit schönem Blick auf den Strand, Stühle, Tisch, Liegestühle, Kissen, Sonnenschirm und Grill. Während unseres Urlaubs war es einfach perfekt.

Well equipped, marvellous seaviews, complete, nice

Really cute in a perfect area, close to the sea. It is clean, nice, comfortable, cool and well equipped. The seaviews from the balcony are amazing. A couple of minutes walking, there are supermarket, shops and every service. Also, it has community parking free next to the apartment, very comfortable to arrive with baggage or any bag. We recommend this apartment because it is in a very good conditions, practically new.
