This waterfront home has a private pier. Guests can enjoy the peaceful view of the Creek while having breakfast, or watch wildlife from the overlook deck while sipping your favorite wine.
Colonial Beach, grocery stores, pizzerias and restaurants are 5 minutes away.
The space
This home has a ton of natural lighting from the living room to the bedrooms. The sunroom, dining room, kitchen and master suite are overlooking the creek. Stepping out of the sunroom is the upper deck level, providing a broad view of the creek creates a peaceful and relaxed environment.
The kayaks and the canoe are for guests' use. The body of water at this part of Monroe Creek is not too wide, not too deep and the water is very calm, therefore providing a perfect condition for kayaks and canoes.
Bird watchers are in for a treat; this is a bird sanctuary therefore guests would spot a variety of bird species.
Guests could also enjoy their favorite drink on the pier while waiting for the fish to bite.
Other things to note:
While the backyard has a steep hill providing a great view, it also creates hazards for young children, please keep them supervised.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house except the locked closet. Guests do not have access to the garage and shed.

There is a waiver form for the kayaks and the canoe.
