To Note: There are 2 other units on the property, the main house in the front, and another guest unit in the back of this unit. All are completely private separated by walls and gates but please make sure to stay in areas designated to your unit.

During your stay, you will have full access to the property for yourself and your guests. All we ask is that you treat the house with the same respect as you would your own, in accordance with the house rules. • Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Our cleaning team needs enough time to prepare for the next guests or owners. • Late check-out must be approved in advance. Unapproved late check-out will incur a $150 fee. • Operating hours are 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM. For emergencies outside these hours, feel free to contact us. Non-urgent concerns will be addressed the following day. • Outdoor security cameras are in use for your safety. No indoor cameras. Guests may not move or tamper with cameras. • No smoking inside the home or in patios. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fine. • No drugs of any kind. • Drink responsibly. • Please handle all furniture, décor, and house items with care. Use coasters and provided table protectors—especially on wood furniture. • This is a quiet residential neighborhood: - Quiet hours begin at 8:00 PM. - No loud music, amplified sound, or live performances. • No parties allowed. Violation will result in a $4,000 fine and/or eviction. • No unregistered or unannounced guests. Each unauthorized guest is subject to a $400 fee and/or eviction. • Filming, photoshoots, or productions must be pre-approved. Unauthorized productions are subject to a $4,000 fine and/or eviction. • Pet policy (if applicable): - Pets allowed with prior approval. - Pet fee: $25 per pet, maximum of 2 pets - Please clean up after your pet. • Maintenance visits occur regularly (e.g., gardener on Mondays, pool technician on Wednesdays). Guests may not deny them access. • Turn off all lights, close and lock all doors/windows when leaving or checking out. • We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay. • If you leave an item behind, we will try to coordinate its return but cannot guarantee it. • Violation of house rules will result in a $500 fine per incident. Repeated or serious violations may result in immediate eviction without refund.

It was a nice stay private only thing I would suggest a humidifier it feels damp in the room no matter if you have the A/C on or heater and you have to open a window when u shower or the whole bathroom gets moist the host where nice and did a great job about May concerns. No parking just street parking but other than that it’s a nice place.

We were hopeful but ended up rather disappointed. The room was not even remotely close to what the online photos showed. Half of the furniture was missing. The coffee machine was broken. The refrigerator wasn’t working properly so my medication that needs to be kept at a certain temperature was not. The Security gate which is supposed to remain locked never did so that anyone could walk onto the property. There was a definite pest issue. We had to deal with multiple spiders, etc on the bed and walls during our stay. The blinds on the largest window were partially broken so whole ever wanted to walk onto the “unsecured property could look right into the entire unit and see everything. The day we checked out there was a major rain and the whole entrance to the property was under water. The only way to get out was to walk through muddy water up to our ankles. The photos and description of the property are misleading. When I tried to contact the “property owner”, there was either no response at all, a delayed response of several days or just a voicemail message that was never responded to after leaving a message. I would not recommend this property and am weary of ever using VRBO again. This was the first time we tried VRBO and will be reticent to ever use it again.

Nice place but a little bare
The place was clean and safe. Very comfortable bed and good quality towels. Bathroom was nice. My complaint is that it didn’t look as comfortable as it did on the picture. The big area rug was missing, there was no coffee table, and there was one lamp in the place, which was over by the couch with nowhere to plug it in. I had to move the heavy lamp, with an injured hand, over to the other side of the bed. The booklet in the house said that the place was full of books, but there was only one. There was no kitchen sink, but we were expected to wash the dishes, which was not easy in the small bathroom sink. There was a very small freezer so I couldn’t get my premade dinners, which was a problem, since there was no stove top to cook on. I didn’t realize that this place did not have a kitchenette. And the kitchen was lacking in that there were absolutely no bowls, and only one coffee cup and one wine glass. What do two people do? I had to eat my cereal in the coffee cup, and then wash the coffee cup, so that I could have my coffee. So I was unable to drink my coffee while I was eating my cereal.It felt barren and a bit like a jail cell. I will say the bed was very comfortable though.I would’ve given five stars if there was just a little bit more nice touches in the place. Everything felt very cheap. I will say also that Mike and Julie were very communicative and very nice. You can’t go wrong staying here, but don’t expect luxury. The price reflected that.
