South Main is a walkable, mixed-use new urbanist neighborhood on the banks on the gold water Arkansas River. Park your car and walk to Main Street, River trails, Midland Trails, tennis courts, pickleball courts, restaurants and shopping. The Surf Hotel is just around the corner. Truly a paradise location in the mountains.

Entire house

One of the largest and nicest homes in the award winning neighborhood of a south Main. Entire home has been furnished with new designer furniture as of 2023.
Master bedroom downstairs, 3 bedrooms upstairs, plus 3 full and 2 half baths. Every room has queen or king beds, all with Westin Heavenly mattresses, 100% cotton sheets and down duvets and pillows. Home can sleep up to 11 people (or 12 if small kids). Amazing patio space with outdoor fireplace and gas grill. This is truly the nicest home in South Main. Just 2 blocks from the Surf hotel and river.

Park and walk or bike most everywhere

Master bedroom is on ground floor and is attached to the laundry room and mud room with an entrance to the garage. Other 3 bedrooms are upstairs- 2 with en-suite bathrooms. The living room has a wood burning fireplace and the master bedroom has a gas fireplace. There is also a wood burning fireplace outside. We provide wood to get started but please bring your own or purchase at the grocery or Ace. The living room and dining rooms are cozy. Dining room can seat 6 and living room can seat about 6-7 comfortably. The patio has a large dining table for 8 and has a sofa and chairs for an outdoor living room. Garage space for your car or bikes is attached to the home.
