Casa Alto Vista with private tropical garden and pool

Casa Alto Vista is renovated in 2020. There is a fully equipped kitchen and two separate bedrooms with AC which makes the house suitable for 4 persons. There is a large tropical private garden with pool and a nice palapa to provide you with shade. Our house is located in a quiet area on Aruba but still very close to the nicest beaches and restaurants. There is a covered porch with nice loungeset, dining table and gas bbq. We provide bedding, towels ,beach towels and great wifi. There are also beach chairs and a cooler available.

Excellent stay

Beautiful yard, pool and 2 bedroom home. We enjoyed staying in this peaceful area. It’s central to reach the beaches as well as the winery, chapel and other sites. Hosts were wonderful and the entire stay was perfect. We will be back!

We have enjoyed our stay at Casa Alto Vista.Kitty and Rene were very friendly and easy to reach. Check in went very smooth, Kitty made a tour through the property. She can answer all the questions about Aruba you might have. Place itself is gorgeous , everything is as described. If you rent a car location is great. Beach chairs and towels are a great bonus for Aruba's beach exploring. The place is very clean and well maintained, the kitchen is well equipped. We would come there again.

Beautiful property, lovely hosts

It is beautiful property with great amenities, conveniently located within short driving distance from beaches, shopping, and activities. Fairly quiet, though there was a party next door one night, The family has done a beautiful job updating the house and grounds creating a quiet comfortable stay!

Wow, just WOW!

We had the most relaxing experience. Having the backyard to ourselves, the privacy, and relaxation we experienced is not something we would have had anywhere else. We searched for peace and quiet and we found just that! Don’t hesitate, just click the reserve button and go and enjoy all that this home and Aruba has to offer. You won’t regret it.

Beautiful and Peaceful

We loved our stay at Casa Alto Vista. Kitty and Renee were cordial and proactive in the communication and everything worked very well. The outside space and the pool were a dream to come back to!

Beautiful Desert Island Oasis

This place was incredible! It has a beautiful outdoor space with immaculate xeriscaping, a wonderful pool and palapa, as well as a large sitting area, dining table and BBQ with all equipment! The inside is very spacious and clean and the owners provided coolers, beach chairs, and umbrella! Renee even let us use snorkeling gear and offered to take us snorkeling! There are amazing beaches close by! Kitty and Renee were very welcoming and hospitable!

Amazing and unforgettable stay

Kitty and Rene are amazing hosts, the property is very comfortable, modern and clean. Kids loved having our own pool- we loved the flexibility of swimming after dark which you can't get at a resort. The garden where the pool is located is beautiful. Short drive away from beaches (Palm), Superfoods, and Alta Vista. Looking forward to coming back this year!

Why whould you stay anywhere else on Aruba if you can stay with Ingrid, Richard and Daan? :-)

Everything is absolutely perfect. You have separate entrance to the back part of the house with private swimming pool and garden, all in perfect condition as it was almost brand new (renovated). Ingrid, Richard and their son Daan are sooo friendly, nothing is a problem, it was just all perfect :-). If we come again to Aruba, we will definitely stay again with them!

Lovely House and Garden

We very much enjoyed staying on this property. The back garden is just wonderful. Loved having my morning coffee or evening glass of wine while listening to the birds and adoring the flowers. We used the pool and palapa every day. Cooking here was easy, the kitchen has everything you would need. Grill is awesome. Sleeping accomodations were also great- roomy & comfortable. Best of all though are the hosts who are at the ready for whatever you may need. Friendly, easy to talk to and contact. We highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful property & garden, great host

We stayed for 14 nights in March with our two boys -- and loved every minute of it. The property and garden are beautiful. Kitty was a super-host, and gave us many great recommendation regarding restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Our boys loved the pool, and their parents the shaded seating area next to it. All kitchen appliances, ACs and internet connection worked excellent. The property is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood (within 10 minutes by car from Oranjestad, beaches and restaurants; closest local supermarkets are just 2 minutes away). We made good use of the complimentary beach chairs and towels -- would love to visit again in the future.

Aruba Fun

The property was very picturesque. The outdoor landscaping was beautiful, plenty of sitting areas outdoors that were clean and well maintained. The pool area was lovely and very welcomed after a hot day at the beach. We really enjoyed the palapa with its large shaded space to lounge in. The home was very spacious, clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. We felt very comfortable there. Our hosts Kitty and Renee were very gracious and so helpful with information on what to see, where to eat and beach locations. It was nice to know that Kitty was always available for a question to provide us guidance of island nuances. We really enjoyed chatting with her and she is definitely a wonderful host. We would absolutely come back for another visit, as we found her space so relaxing and welcoming.

Amazing!

Ingrid and Richard were fabulous hosts. I was a little worried about privacy with the rental being attached to the back of the house, but we had complete privacy and my worry was unfounded. The pool is small (no lap swimming) but is a perfect way to cool down after a day of hiking and sightseeing. We spent a couple afternoons just enjoying mojitos by the pool. The kitchen is stocked with basic items (salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil, etc.). There are small groceries stores nearby or a larger "international" one within 5-10 minute drive. This house is in a quiet area but it's easy to get to the shops, dining, beaches, nightlife, etc. You won't regret staying here!

One of a kind!

We are a family of 3 from Minnesota. We spent 10 wonderful nights in this stylish apartment! Ingrid, Richard and little Daan are amazing hosts. They provided a VERY clean apartment with everything you need for an incredible vacation. Beds where great with comfy cotton sheets. The kitchen had everything you needed to make meals. The grocery store is like a high end grocer in the USA, YUM! Outside we enjoyed the brand new pool, grill and a stunning backyard. You are 10 minutes from Eagle Beach, Palm Beach and if you like kiteboarding, it's only 10 minutes from Fisherman Huts. If you like the waves or snorkeling you are only 30 minutes from Boca Grandi and Baby Beach. We felt very safe and we can't wait to return again! Max, Shayne and Oliver

Casa Alto Vista is wonderful!

My husband and I stayed here for our sixth trip to Aruba, and we had our best time yet. Casa Alto Vista is exactly as advertised with a private pool and beautiful garden, a full kitchen, and comfortable beds. Kitty and René were wonderful hosts. They are on site and promptly responded to questions (including helping us when our rental car did not start one morning), and they also leave you to yourself to enjoy the privacy of the house. The location is incredible. On previous trips, we stayed at Eagle Beach and Baby Beach. In Alto Vista, you are close to the north shore, grocery stores, and delicious restaurants in Noord. It is a short drive to Eagle and Palm Beaches. We loved Boca Catalina for snorkeling and Arashi Beach for a day of relaxing in the sea. The only thing that surprised us were the mosquitos in the interior of the island. We had stayed seaside previously, so the breezes kept them away. We picked up some insect repellent at the pharmacy and used a fan to help deter them. That worked well. We will stay here again!

Idyllic Setting - Already booked our next visit

We had a lovely weeklong stay at Casa Alto Vista at Sabana Liber. This property checks all the boxes for a perfect island getaway. The amenities are exactly as described, and we found everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is just far enough away from of Palm Beach that you get a true feel for life on the island, but the beach and all the action is just a 5–10-minute drive away. Kitty and Rene were great hosts. They were easily accessible when we had questions but also gave us the privacy we desired. The garden and pool area are beautiful and completely private. We enjoyed watching the birds, butterflies and small iguanas throughout the day. The bedrooms are large and the bed we used was extremely comfortable. In fact, we slept great every night. The kitchen and living area are very spacious and fully equipped if you want to cook or just kick back and watch a little Netflix in the evening. We spent our mornings exploring the coasts and then retreated to the shaded palapa beside the pool to relax and enjoy the afternoon breeze. The pool is just perfect the perfect size and temperature for cooling off any time of the day. It is fully shaded in the early morning and again in the late afternoon. We were so happy with our stay that we booked again for next year after we had only been there for a few days. We highly recommend this property.

Mooiste vakantie huis van Aruba

Kitty & Rene staan van de eerste dag met boeken tot na de laatste vakantiedag voor je klaar. Ze hebben een hele mooie diepe tuin met privé zwembad en leuke zitjes om te relaxen Het huisje heeft twee hele mooie ruime slaapkamers met goede airconditioning en een ruime keuken met alle benodigde om een eigen maaltijd te maken Binnen 10 minuten ben je bij de mooiste stranden om in zee te zwemmen, supermarket om alles te krijgen en hele goede restaurants als je uit eten gaat. ‘s morgens vroeg is het zeker een aanrader, om op een paar minuten afstand in de omgeving van Alto Vista Chapel de zon op zien komen en een gezonde wandeling te maken langs de kustlijn.
