The Zen house in Napa

This tranquil modern craftsman home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and an open floor plan with 8 ft tri-fold terrace doors that open into a lovely backyard oasis with a shaded pergola and fountain, perfect for sipping wine and relaxing. Located in a quiet neighborhood in the southwest corner of Napa, it is walking distance to a local grocery market, bakery, and coffee shop, and to nearby scenic hiking trails. Less than 2 mi/10 min drive to Downtown Napa and Oxbow Public Market.

The space:

There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, the master suite and bath are upstairs, with two bedrooms and full guest bath downstairs, and a half bath adjacent to the dining and living room area. The front living room sofa also has a pull out bed. The designer kitchen has high end stainless steel appliances including a 36” Z-line gas range with hood and dishwasher, large refrigerator, and bar seating. There is a front facing living room with a roomy suede RH sectional sofa, and a large banquet sized RH live edge wood table in the dining area. The main living room has a mounted flat screen TV for your favorite streaming services and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs in the spacious master retreat there is a king size bed, master bath with double sinks and large shower with skylight overhead, and a walk in closet. There is high speed wifi. All of the bathrooms have Toto toilets, and LG washer and dryer for laundry. There are 3 parking spaces outside on the driveway in front of the house, and it is located on a quiet cul-de-sac.

The terrace doors open into a deck and the backyard, with a covered lighted pergola, modern landscaped garden, and fountain feature. The garage is detached and used for storage.

Guest access:

The whole house is for guest use, the garage is used for storage, so cars belong parked outside in the driveway.

There is a 30 day minimum on short term rentals in Napa, we do not require guests to stay for the full 30 days of course but we can only book for 30 days or more.
