During your stay, you will have access to many exclusive services, from butler and 24-hour concierge, to world-class dining, the Spa, and spectacular outdoor experience within two tropical pools, private cabanas and white sand beach.

You will have access to the beach, pool, spa, restaurants and room service just the same as a guest at the hotel. Chairs and towels at the pool and beach are provided at no additional charge. Parking is an additional $65 per night and paid to the hotel directly.

Awesome stay!

We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment has 2 beautiful balconies and a luxurious en suite . The hotel has beautiful pools and fantastic staff. The property managers were attentive and responsive. Looking forward to coming back!

Beautiful Condo, Beautiful Resort, Great Location, Great Service

Don't hesitate to book this property if you are looking for a place for your family and kids. Just keep an eye out for the rental agreement when you book. I missed that and got a bit of a scare on check in day but it was resolved without issue. The hotel is amazing. They treat you like a guest and get to know you by name before you are gone. Lots of nice complimentary little extras (ice cream and popcorn in the lobby, smoothie's at the pool and beach). 1st class, 5 star resort.

ocean front getaway

The unit was exactly as listed...oceanfront two bed two bath with kitchen efficiency. When we arrived for check in the residential concierge did not have a record of our reservation but it was resolved after a short wait. This private unit had access to all of the amenities as advertised in this prime high rise hotel.

Exquisite Stay!

The property is gorgeous with amazing amenities. It was my 14 year old son's birthday and we had a great time at the beach and the pools. The staff saw I had balloons for him and made his birthday very special. We have typically stayed at the Ritz in Bal Harbour, but so glad we rented this unit. The host was so easy to communicate with and made the entire trip a pleasure. We will definitely book again!!

Our stay at this fabulous S. Regis residence was outstanding ! Everything was as described..... actually better than the description. David,the owner, checked on us several times during our stay and answered the few questions i had within a few minutes.... impressive. David's unit will be our first choice on our next visit to Miami.....it's such a great unit he stays tightly booked. If i could give David and his wonderful unit 6 stars,i would.

Fabulous Getaway

We had such a wonderful time staying here. The owner and staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The property is absolutely beautiful! The two balconies overlooking the pool and ocean are perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. I was pleasantly surprised by how kid-friendly the resort was. The family pool has a number of play houses for young children to enjoy. Our kids loved both the pool and the ocean. The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated. I plan to recommend this condo and this resort to all of my friends:)

St regis Bal Harbor

Great location great views. Apartment Not up to standard - a little run down, tv didn’t work, master shower barely worked, faucets sprayed water, owner refused to fix either, safe didn’t work was told it’s not for guests, many outlets and lamps didn’t work. Nowhere to put clothes in second bedroom. Owners communicated briefly but didn’t address issues.

Dishonest and Poor Communication

I had reserved and paid for the unit and with less than 24 hours until I was scheduled to arrive I was asked to sign an agreement that I wasn't provided a copy saying it was part of VRBO's agreement, it was not. I called VRBO and asked if it was part of their agreement and they said that it was not, when I pointed this out they cancelled my reservation and didn't respond to my messages. I did get a refund from VRBO.

Needs improvement.

Apartment has wear and tear but otherwise clean. Plenty of sleeping space + crib and high chair. 2 bathrooms - master shower only one of the double showers work. TVs were out of order during our stay as were the phones and safe. Location and property is great. Initially property manager was responsive but no action taken to remedy. I do recommend but only if these improvements are made. Ask in advance.

Extremely Unprofessional—Last-Minute Cancellation Without Any Courtesy

I had booked this property months in advance for a special family trip with two elderly family members. Shockingly, just 45 minutes before our scheduled check-in time, I received a text from the property manager informing me that our reservation was canceled due to a plumbing leak. This left us scrambling to find alternative accommodations for my family of five. To make matters worse, the property manager did not answer my multiple calls after delivering this news. The complete lack of communication or courtesy to assist us in resolving the situation is unacceptable. This last-minute cancellation not only disrupted our trip but caused undue stress and financial strain. We were forced to spend hours on the phone with VRBO support, delaying our plans and leaving us with inferior accommodations for part of our stay. If you’re considering this property, be aware that they seem completely unreliable and unwilling to provide even basic customer service when issues arise. For the price and reputation of a property like this, such unprofessional behavior is inexcusable. I would not recommend booking this property unless you’re prepared for the possibility of having your vacation ruined at the last minute.

Beautiful location, very clean, nice facilities.

Charming private residence inside the St.Regis Bal Harbour. Clean, great view, beach chairs and umbrella setup. Comfortable beds. The remote lockbox keycard pickup is unusual but not a problem. We will stay again.
