You will have access to the beach, pool, spa, restaurants and room service just the same as a guest at the hotel. Chairs and towels at the pool and beach are provided at no additional charge. Parking is an additional $65 per night and paid to the hotel directly.

Awesome stay!

We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment has 2 beautiful balconies and a luxurious en suite . The hotel has beautiful pools and fantastic staff. The property managers were attentive and responsive. Looking forward to coming back!

Renter Beware – Do Not Trust This HostOriginally booked property in June 2025 for an April 2026 stay. Before the 30-day modification/cancellation deadline—and prior to submitting my final payment—I requested to shorten my stay by two days. Host repeatedly ignored my request and follow ups and then canceled my reservation without any notice just three weeks before my arrival.After repeated attempts to have the reservation reinstated (which were ignored), I was forced to rebook the exact same property—this time at nearly double the original price. While VRBO ultimately reimbursed me the difference, the situation caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty leading up to the a family vacation. Property is outdated. The carpets and furniture were stained, none of the TVs in the unit worked properly, and motorized shades were malfunctioning. The sliding porch doors were very hard to open/stuck. One of the toilets ran constantly. When I raised these issues, the host took days to respond and only offered to send someone to replace the TVs and have the other issues checked, with just three days remaining in my stay—suggesting these problems were known but not disclosed in advance.Host requires guests to sign a lengthy/binding agreement prior to arrival, which felt concerning.While the location is desirable, the condition of the property and the host’s behavior make it not worth the cost. I have stayed in many high-end VRBOs and never experienced a host like this.

Beautiful Condo, Beautiful Resort, Great Location, Great Service

Don't hesitate to book this property if you are looking for a place for your family and kids. Just keep an eye out for the rental agreement when you book. I missed that and got a bit of a scare on check in day but it was resolved without issue. The hotel is amazing. They treat you like a guest and get to know you by name before you are gone. Lots of nice complimentary little extras (ice cream and popcorn in the lobby, smoothie's at the pool and beach). 1st class, 5 star resort.

Exquisite Stay!

The property is gorgeous with amazing amenities. It was my 14 year old son's birthday and we had a great time at the beach and the pools. The staff saw I had balloons for him and made his birthday very special. We have typically stayed at the Ritz in Bal Harbour, but so glad we rented this unit. The host was so easy to communicate with and made the entire trip a pleasure. We will definitely book again!!

ocean front getaway

The unit was exactly as listed...oceanfront two bed two bath with kitchen efficiency. When we arrived for check in the residential concierge did not have a record of our reservation but it was resolved after a short wait. This private unit had access to all of the amenities as advertised in this prime high rise hotel.

Fabulous Getaway

We had such a wonderful time staying here. The owner and staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The property is absolutely beautiful! The two balconies overlooking the pool and ocean are perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. I was pleasantly surprised by how kid-friendly the resort was. The family pool has a number of play houses for young children to enjoy. Our kids loved both the pool and the ocean. The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated. I plan to recommend this condo and this resort to all of my friends:)

Our stay at this fabulous S. Regis residence was outstanding ! Everything was as described..... actually better than the description. David,the owner, checked on us several times during our stay and answered the few questions i had within a few minutes.... impressive. David's unit will be our first choice on our next visit to Miami.....it's such a great unit he stays tightly booked. If i could give David and his wonderful unit 6 stars,i would.

St regis Bal Harbor

Great location great views. Apartment Not up to standard - a little run down, tv didn’t work, master shower barely worked, faucets sprayed water, owner refused to fix either, safe didn’t work was told it’s not for guests, many outlets and lamps didn’t work. Nowhere to put clothes in second bedroom. Owners communicated briefly but didn’t address issues.

We have a new cable service and all the TVs are working. The replacement faucets were backordered and have been replaced. We put all new lightbulbs int the lamps.

Needs improvement.

Apartment has wear and tear but otherwise clean. Plenty of sleeping space + crib and high chair. 2 bathrooms - master shower only one of the double showers work. TVs were out of order during our stay as were the phones and safe. Location and property is great. Initially property manager was responsive but no action taken to remedy. I do recommend but only if these improvements are made. Ask in advance.

Felix, Its great to hear you enjoyed your stay. I want you to know, we have replaced the outdoor furniture cushions which had wear and tear. We have also replaced the shower head in the master bathroom. The Tvs are working with the new cable box. The hotel recently changed providers. We do not provide a safe or a telephone for guest use. Dishonest and Poor Communication

I had reserved and paid for the unit and with less than 24 hours until I was scheduled to arrive I was asked to sign an agreement that I wasn't provided a copy saying it was part of VRBO's agreement, it was not. I called VRBO and asked if it was part of their agreement and they said that it was not, when I pointed this out they cancelled my reservation and didn't respond to my messages. I did get a refund from VRBO.

We require all guests to complete a user agreement as stated very clearly in our house rules. The guest refused to complete the user agreement therefore the reservation was cancelled.

Extremely Unprofessional—Last-Minute Cancellation Without Any Courtesy

I had booked this property months in advance for a special family trip with two elderly family members. Shockingly, just 45 minutes before our scheduled check-in time, I received a text from the property manager informing me that our reservation was canceled due to a plumbing leak. This left us scrambling to find alternative accommodations for my family of five. To make matters worse, the property manager did not answer my multiple calls after delivering this news. The complete lack of communication or courtesy to assist us in resolving the situation is unacceptable. This last-minute cancellation not only disrupted our trip but caused undue stress and financial strain. We were forced to spend hours on the phone with VRBO support, delaying our plans and leaving us with inferior accommodations for part of our stay. If you’re considering this property, be aware that they seem completely unreliable and unwilling to provide even basic customer service when issues arise. For the price and reputation of a property like this, such unprofessional behavior is inexcusable. I would not recommend booking this property unless you’re prepared for the possibility of having your vacation ruined at the last minute.

Not quite the stay we expected

Let me start with the end. The owner wanted to offer a discount so that we wouldn’t leave a bad review because of our unsolved problems and the general disrepair of the unit. We read reviews on the property not being maintained, but the owner responded to those reviews that he corrected the issues- none were fixed. The master shower head does not work, master bath sinks squirt water at a high pressure angle, toilet room door hits glass on glass when closing (worried we’d have broken glass chips on the floor), half the bedroom drapes are not connected to the mechanism that opens and closes them, the bedroom balcony sliding doors did not fully close and thus was not lockable (the property is on a low floor - security concern), some of the lights do not work with the wall switches, etc. But the worst failure was the WiFi. There was none. Through many texts, calls, and visits (residence concierge on one visit commented how this unit is not maintained well - his words), we tried to get the modem/router or even the hotel’s WiFi to connect CONSISTENTLY. We wasted a bunch of time, were very aggravated, and in the end had to add hotspots to our cell services in order to get WiFi. We have texts, photos, and videos to back this all up - plus see previous reviews (not the ones they paid off).

Please stay away until all issues are resolved

1. Check in process looks unprofessional as you need to find the keys at the locker box at parking lot. We came over there at 7:30PM and spent 15 minutes to try to find it. 2. When we came into the unit it was smells mustiness and this smell has never gone away as we observed a huge leak under sink at the kitchen. 3. All three TVs didn’t work completely. 4. The kitchen facade especially at the bottom has rotted and has visible spots of the black mold. 5. All sinks at the master bathroom were cloaked and we were needed to call a Property Manager and ask her to call a Plumber. 6. The curtains were torn half at the unit and electrical motor doesn’t work. 7. The furniture are too old and need to be upholstered. 8. The rug on a floor has certain amount of stains and needs to be replaced or specially deep cleaned. 9. No Bathrobes as shown in listing 10. All towels are so old and look/feel like gauze. 11. When you stay at the unit, you feel like you stay at very old motel not at St Regis Bal Harbor and pay over $1k/night. 12. During 10 days of staying we had the plumber, TV installation people (group of 4). 13. We have all videos, pictures etc. 14. Please stay away from the unit even for $100/night as it’s scary to breathe mold spares etc.
