Great location for the cost

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Check-in process was seamless. The views were breathtaking… especially the evening sunsets. The privacy of the beach was a bonus that made morning coffee and evening cocktails so enjoyable.

Communication was stellar! Room to beach in 10 steps or less was a huge perk and selling point for us. It’s walking distance to several restaurants and shops. It was perfect for us !!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was awesome, as usual. Love the location. We did however have one issue this time. The people above us were very loud. Walking sounded like stomping and they were constantly moving the furniture around. This was the only drawback. Thankfully, it was only for our last two nights.

The host was extremely accommodating with our last minute scheduling needs, it really put us at ease to enjoy our stay. The house was perfect and centrally located to everything Bradenton has to offer! Property is well maintained and the heated pool was great to have in January. Being able to wake up and walk right out onto the beach and enjoy the Florida weather was the best way to spend our week. Will definitely be staying here again.

Loved being on the beach. The lanai was a perfect shady spot to watch the waves. Nice condo with room in the drawers and closet to empty our suitcases for the week. Walked to many nearby restaurants. This was our first time here, and would definitely go back. The heated pool was basically a hot tub.

Beautiful oceanfront location

Walkout the door to a pristine beach, walk to many great restaurant's and clise proximity to some fun golf courses

Great Beach Vacation

My wife and I really enjoyed this spot. Walk right out of condo to be on the beach, watch the sunsets, great restaurants both next door and within a short walking distance. Centrally located to drive and visit the rest of the areas on the key.

Awesome beach location

Beautiful, quiet beach with awesome sunset views. Love the lanai and whirlpool! Short walk to Bridge Street and convenient nearby free trolley stop.

Quick overview

The location is very convenient for walking to restaurants and shopping, Beach access was top notch and it was a very relaxing week for us on Anna Maria Island.

Really nice property right at the beach!

My family of 4 rented this property for our week vacation. We enjoyed EVERYTHING about our stay . Nice and clean condo with the ocean views you cant beat! We will defenitly be back here.

Perfect for our family of 3

Property was clean and centrally located. We stayed for 4 days and probably could have gone without a car. Beachfront access was worth it.

Was an amazing trip, all due to where we stayed! We couldn't ask for anything better. The beach is beautiful and very close. We just walk out and we were on the beach. The chairs in front were an added bonus, plus all the units had extra chairs, umbrella and water and sand toys. We ate at Tide Table and Beach House. We didn't eat out alot because we had everything there. Everything was very clean, even the screened in porch. The hosts would text and make sure everything was okay, and we even got in earlier than 4:00. It was perfect!!!

The bed was comfortable, kitchen stocked, lanai for sunsets but nothing prepares you for the view when you open the curtains! Holy Cow!!!!!! Do Not hesitate to stay here!!!

Beach house at Holmes Beach

The location to the water is unmatched. 50 yards to the water. The one bed one bath unit was a little dated especially the bathroom and small queen bed. The rental company was helpful and we had a great time.

Small but perfect!

My husband and I stayed for the week and you absolutely can not beat the location to the beach. Literally a few steps away from refilling your drink, eating lunch or changing out your book.. The porch is so nice and cool for eating breakfast. It was stocked with everything we needed. The beach is not crowded as there isn't condos on either side of the property so plenty of room. Perfect sunsets right out your door.
