We loved our stay here. Great location. Enjoyed having beach towels and chairs to use. Very easy to check in and out. We’d stay here again.

We had a great stay, it was quiet even though there was a unit below and above. They had towels, chairs, a bag, and we left an umbrella. Melissa was very fast responding and really accommodating. It was a great stay for the weekend!

I loved my stay with Melissa. The location was excellent a block away from the beach, with very cozy and pleasant environment. The apartment was clean, Melissa had everything you could think of in the apartment to make your stay comfortable. Having parking was a definite plus and pet friendly. I would definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone and I know where I’m staying the next time I visit California.

This is our second time staying at this location and it was better than the first. We couldn’t thank the host enough! She was absolutely gracious, great communication, and such a beautiful property. My family and I (myself, my wife, two kids and two grandparents) had the most wonderful time and will definitely be back. If you’re thinking about booking this location, I couldn’t suggested it enough. It is a wonderful location. Great proximity to the beach and to the rest of Manhattan Beach.

This is a wonderful place right in the heart of Manhattan Beach; it's a quick walk to the beach (less than 5 minutes!), And that's great, because the lines to park at Manhattan Beach are crazy! You can save a lot of time and aggravation by staying here!A couple notes on accessibility: the property is located up a set of steps, and if you choose to drive or rent a car, the parking space (which is a really nice amenity for this part of town) is up a steep hill. The path to the beach is also down (and then up) a steep hill. If you have folks with mobility challenges or who aren't in great shape, getting around the neighborhood and down to the beach may not be easy. Just sharing this to help folks plan ahead. The unit we stayed in was lovely and had many amenities, including a very fully stocked kitchen, mini-splits and fans in the bedrooms, and a full-size dining table. It was one of the rare units we've stayed in where the unit was as nice as the location - usually you have to choose one or the other!We had a wonderful time staying here and enjoying the neighborhood and the beach. Everything in the unit was immaculate and we had no problems parking, getting into the unit, etc. Highly recommend this property if you need a place to stay in Manhattan Beach!

Great location, unfortunately the home was a bit dirty, mugs had coffee ring stains, Floors dirty and the ac’s in all rooms didn’t work. For the price we paid I was a bit disappointed.

We're very sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay as much as you could have. Thank you for the heads up about the cleanliness. We'll make sure to address those issues right away! We did have an unexpected issue with the A/C that we communicated upon your arrival. But an inconvenience all the same. Apologies for the less than 5 star star stay - we take your feedback to heart and will make adjustments to improve in the future.

Very comfortable place to stay. Comfy beds. Host had little extras to make life easier; beach towels, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, food storage containers, throw blankets. While I didn’t mind, my kids missed having TVs in the bedrooms. It is a second floor unit with upstairs neighbors.

Incredible location!

If you know you know! El Porto is a great location for surf and the beach. This place is roomy, clean, and has the right amenities. The host is great and super communicative. The other review talked about only one TV…why come to a place like Manhattan beach and expect a TV in every room! Be present, be at the beach! I have two small kids and they were more than excited to be there! Thanks for sharing this wonderful place with my family and I! Truly a great experience! Recommend 100%!

My friends and I stayed here for the weekend to catch the World Cup game, and we had an absolutely excellent experience. Check-in was incredibly easy and the host was very accommodating! They let us drop our bags off early and even brought them inside the house for us. Getting access to the property was completely smooth and seamless.The location was perfect. It was super easy to get rideshare pickups and drop-offs for the game, and we loved how convenient it was for accessing the beach, grabbing local food, and walking the strip. The house itself was spotless and fully stocked with all the supplies we could possibly need.We had zero problems checking in or out and an amazing time overall. I highly recommend this spot and would definitely stay here again!
