Are you relocating? Or just want to enjoy a relaxing vacation in beautiful paradise?

Our guests enjoy a beautiful fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath upstairs condo in a gated community. The bedroom features fine Italian furniture. It has a super comfy queen bed with a pillowtop mattress, fine quality linens, pillows and comforter. There’s a dresser, two nightstands and a walk in closet. The bathroom has a shower/tub, plenty of towels and a hairdryer. We’ve even included a couple days worth of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap to get you started.

Enjoy the amenities of the beautiful heated pool with a temperature of 88 degrees, a great jacuzzi hot tub and we’ve even provided a couple pool towels for your use. Also the community gas grill is by the pool which works out great for pool parties!! But, if you prefer charcoal grilling, there are two charcoal grills on the property.

The club house has state of the art work out equipment with a big screen tv to watch while doing your work out. There is also a sitting area with a cozy fireplace. In the game room there is a pool table for your entertainment.

You will have the use of our covered parking space and there are plenty of uncovered parking spaces for additional vehicles.

We’ve tried to think of everything you would need to have a carefree, fun filled vacation! You’ll find a coffeemaker, toaster, blender, george foreman, crockpot, plenty of dishes, glasses, wine glasses, margarita glasses, martini glasses, silverware, utensils, pots and pans, grilling utensils, kitchen towels, pot holders, place mats and some spices.

Also included: iron, ironing board, stackable washer and dryer, vacuum, utilities, cable and unlimited high speed wireless internet. Bring your lap top or ipad!

The condo has a balcony with a table and 2 chairs, and a wicker chair – perfect for enjoying early morning coffee, outdoor dining, or just that glass of wine. There is a retractable screen door so that you can enjoy the fresh evening breeze without the bugs. No smoking is allowed inside or on the balcony of the condo.

We enjoyed two wonderful months of relaxation at Chuck and Robin's condo. They are the owners "extraordinaire". Every possible detail of preparing for our stay was provided with cozy starter kits of essential items in each room. We loved the pine tree forest surroundings. In particular, Chuck and Robin were consistently available to answer any questions throughout our stay. The condo has readily accessible access to points of interest nearby as well as areas outside of Phoenix. We look forward to our next vacation in Paradise.

The condo was most wonderfully equipped. It had everything one could possibly need for an extended stay. The owner was so helpful and so willingly cooperative. I loved my vacation spot!

Perfect location! Very clean and comfortable condo!!

You won't be disappointed - this condo is in the perfect central location to everything. From the very beginning, the owners were very accommodating and made communication easy. Only negative is our week went too fast - would definitely stay here again!

Love this Condo!

I have stayed in this beautiful condo a couple of times. The owner is so accommodating in making sure your stay is easy, comfortable and as expected. The unit itself is beautifully appointed, every amenity is provided as described. The grounds and location could not be more ideal. The Taos is well maintained, beautiful landscaping and pool with a jacuzzi. It is centrally located in north Phoenix, close to any shopping needs and some of the best restaurants. I love staying here and look forward to my next visit.

Great place to stay

We had a great experience. Felt safe and comfy at all times. The location is very handy for getting to other parts of the north valley quickly. awesome condo and development

This is a terrific place to stay. Clean and handy to everything we wanted. We used it for a month and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Great location with shopping, gaming, golf and restaurants all close by. Condo is in a park like setting with all the pine trees providing shade. Chuck and Robin attended to all details well before we arrived and their taste in decor is very nice. Will not hesitate to stay at their place in the future should we decide to spend time in the Phoenic area.

A great place to be

We had a great stay at Robin & Chuck's place. The place was as described, spacious and clean. Had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed the location - close to Spring training Baseball, good hiking, dining and a Costco just down the road. We highly recommend taking the Metro light rail if heading downtown. Clean, fast and inexpensive from 38th(?) and Washington Park & Ride. We found Robin to be a very engaged owner who was concerned and responsive with respect to unexpected bumps in the road. The other 'residents' were friendly and good company. We will definitely check availability when our travels take us back to the Paradise Valley area.

Perfect Babymoon

We had an amazing stay at Robin and Chuck's apartment. They were excellent to work with and offered lots of advice on activities, restaurants and shopping. The apartment and grounds were clean, had more than enough amenities and often we had the pool to ourselves. I have been to AZ many times, staying with friends in Chandler, and we both loved the location of Paradise Valley. Close to EVERYTHING (loved Sprouts)- we would stay here again and again.

Fun in the sun!

My husband and I enjoyed 10 sun-filled days in Phoenix over Easter. The accommodations were perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed all the amenities of home in a very comfortable setting. The condo complex was quiet and we loved having our breakfast on the balcony each morning. We enjoyed the location of the condo and the many restaurants and shopping areas nearby. We had very good access to freeways for easy travel around and out of Phoenix.

Great quiet condo with shopping and restaurants nearby

Great place to spend some time. Nicely furnished condo with full amenities. Quiet property even though shopping and restaurants are nearby. So you have the best of both worlds. Easy acess to major roads and airport. We completly enjoyed our stay, and the owners were very hospitable. Highly recommend.

A lot of comfort.

This was so lovely, we felt right at home. Very comfortable and clean. Quiet and a nice view of grassy area. Great location near everything. Movies, shopping, restaurants around the corner and up the street. Golfing close and access to the freeway is easy. Highly recommend it.

Great place to stay

I stayed at Chuck and Robin's condo for 6 weeks and found it to be very nice and well furnished. It was very quiet and comfortable. The owners were accessible by phone and email when I had questions or minor issues arose, which were resolved very promptly.

Phoenix Vacation Condo

My wife and I enjoyed our 4 week stay at the condo. The location was central to many things that we were interested in seeing and doing.. The condo was very clean and has been kept very up to date. The complex that it is located in is kept in immaculate condition and is very secure. We would recommend it to anyone who is visiting Phoenix.

This was a combination work/pleasure trip and the location is wonderful. Close to shopping and dining and great access to all parts of the valley. Well maintained grounds in a quiet complex and the unit is furnished nicely with an excellent bed (we are very picky about that). Nice covered parking for that pesky snow on Wednesday afternoon and frost Thursday morning (thought we had left that behind). Heated pool and hot tub were perfect. Owners are attentive to needs and provide detailed instructions on security and local attractions. We highly recommend it and are looking forward to our next stay.

Everything Exceeded Expectations!

This was a great unit for our stay in Phoenix. It is centrally located and provides easy access to almost anywhere in the city. It is located directly across the street from the Paradise Valley Mall and is within walking distance of numerous restaurants, grocery stores, and modern conveniences. Chuck and Robin (the owners) were meticulous in providing directions, access codes, spare keys, etc. It seemed that every need was thought out in advance. At one point we unfortunately had a part on the blender break, but Chuck and Robin were so prepared they actually had spare parts already available in the unit. The unit is totally updated with brand new stainless steel appliances, maple cabinets, granite counter tops, flooring and is tastefully decorated. The complex is beautifully maintained and provides a lush park-like setting to enjoy the warm Arizona sun. The unit is located in the back of the complex and thus enjoys a quiet, peaceful, environment protected from the possible traffic noise that surrounds the block. We stayed for over a month and can honestly say that it exceeded all of our expectations. We will certainly recommend this unit to family and friends and hope to return on future trips to enjoy the sun.

We rented this condo in 2011 and liked it, the tranquility, the heated pool, and the people so much that we purchased it. My profession takes me away several days at a time and my wife likes the secure feeling of the gated community and that she can walk to shopping, restaurants, library or anything else that she needs. We are leaving everything at the condo except our clothes, so it truly is fully furnished.

You will feel at home in this condo! It has everything that you will need. The location is truly the perfect location. Everyone, year long residents and snowbirds are friendly and fun at the pool as well as for dinner and drinks. The grounds are neatly manicured and there are mature towering trees. Almost everything you need is within walking distance and the bus stop is just outside the front gate.
