Guest Access:
The entire studio apartment is yours and you're alone throughout your stay. There is a share laundry room with (2) washers and (2) dryers. Access to the (1) underground parking spot. Access to the new courtyard area on the walk street to the beach.

Please note this unit is located below another unit so you may experience some noise.
