The Front 5 Bedroom 3.5 Baths Norman Rockwell Feel Home offers a Living Room, Den, Fully Stocked Kitchen, lovely screened porch & outside gas grill on the main level. Upstairs are 5 bedrooms - Two Queen Bedrooms & One Full Bedroom share a large hallway bathroom. One Queen Bedroom has its own bathroom & one bedroom with two full beds has its own bathroom. Natural Gas heat and airconditioning. House Sleeps 11 guests per town by-laws. $700 per night (nonholiday rate).

The Back 6 Bedroom 4 Bath House offers a brand new fully stocked eat-in kitchen with granite counters and center island, oversized great room, large dining room, screened porch, side yard & outside gas grill. A brand new fully accessible ADA Compliant Handicap 1st floor Queen Bedroom with private bath - roll-in shower, folding seat in shower, handicap toilet and sink. 2 King Suites upstairs with new private baths. Three other bedrooms with Queen Beds share one newly renovated hallway bathroom. House sleeps a maximum of 13 guests per town bylaws. New natural gas furnace. Window airconditioning units. Nightly (nonholiday) rate is $850 per night.

The booking on this site is for the front 5 Bedroom house. $700 per night at the nonholiday rate) If you would like to book the 6 Bedroom House ($850 per night at the nonholiday rate) or to book the entire 11 Bedrooms ($1550 per night at the nonholiday rate) please message me and I will update your booking quote.

Our home is a No smoking of any kind inside & on property grounds. We do allow dogs at $150 per dog per stay. No cats.

Our Victorian home is centrally located, an easy one block stroll to Norman Rockwell's Main Street Red Lion Inn (Live music and Dining), Restaurants, Shopping and Berkshire Theatre, Tanglewood, Jacobs Pillow, Stockbridge Theatre.
3.5 miles to Swim, Fish, Kayak, relax on the Town Beach on Stockbridge Bowl. Ski Butternut, Catamount, Bousquet, Jiminy Peak.

Great Family Vacation - Highly Recommended

We booked the back of the house for our family gathering to celebrate birthdays and the house exceeded our expectations!Plenty of room for meals, games and being together. Well equipped kitchen and lots of games provided. Close to many activities including museums, hikes and swimming in the lake. Walkable to downtown and drinks on the Red Lion Inn porch.The hosts were very accommodating and warm.We had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and had great space for all 10 of us to spend time together and apart. The kitchen had everything you could need and there was so much seating in every room. This property is close to so many different activities. The hosts were friendly and super responsive. We will be back. :)

Spacious Victorian house in a picturesque town. We had everything we needed to celebrate with extended family, including an accessible bathroom for my 87-year-old father.

Berkshires family trip

Our family had a fabulous stay in Stockbridge. The house was perfect for all 11 of us, 3 generations: a well stocked kitchen, a working gas grill, a careokee setup, a short walk to the town, and a wonderful comfy living room. We were close to the major sites in the area, especially the Norman Rockwell Museum.

Fun family weekend

9 adults and 1 teen (and 2 dogs) had a lovely stay in this spacious property walking distance to town and an easy drive to many beautiful sites. The bedrooms were comfortable (mattresses lovely), kitchen well-stocked with everything you need to cook and a big dining room table. The Living Room had enough comfy couches for everyone. Highly recommend for a big group.

Wonderful place to stay

We made wonderful memories in this home in Stockbridge. Great location in a great town! Walking distance to parks, food and the Main Street of Stockbridge! Sue was very responsive, easy to work with and very accommodating! House was spacious and loved the many bedrooms and bathrooms!.look forward to many returns.

Fabulous time had by all

A great place for extended family to gather for a long winter weekend. Kitchen and master bath need updating but certainly workable. Great location and owners very attentive. House had six sizable bedrooms and fun common space. Would definitely recommend and family would love to stay again.

All of our guests have appreciated the spaciousness of the Kitchen, Dining & Living Room & sx to eleven bedrooms, 3.5 to 7 bathrooms (depending if you rent the front house, back house or both homes together) that accommodates large family gatherings. We are the new owners of this historic home & are in the midst of renovating & redecorating in 2018. The first priority was purchasing luxurious new mattresses, fresh linens & towels. We are so appreciative to receive your 5 Star rating & blessed to have our guests immediately booking return visits. We look forward to hosting you & your family for many years to come!

Enormous and cozy house. Two!

The place is unique and massive. Everything you can think about is there - kitchen (Rockwell prints on mugs and dishes), entertainment, games for kids and adults, stuff! Rooms are very nice and some even themed! Very walkable neighborhood - prks, museums, hikes. Recommend the back house if you need just one.

Great For Large Family Gathering

Great gathering space - we were 17 adults, all ages, and had plenty of room to be together or be alone. The kitchen worked well for cooking dinner for our large group. The owner was very personable and responsive to issues. The heat went out in the front house and they got someone out to fix it immediately. It's a good location for taking walks.

The real credit goes out to our Property Caretaker Rebecca for trouble shooting why the newer Buderas gas furnace shut down & finding a heating contractor who had the replacement part providing same day service on a holiday! Also appreciative that the house has two separate heating systems. We are relieved that your Family Gathering stayed warm.

Great for large groups

Had a good reunion weekend with college friends here. We had a large group and had plenty of space by renting both houses. The only issue we had was the heat cut out in a couple of the bedrooms and the fuses switched off a couple times. To the owners credit, they were very responsive and came to address the problems but we had to call them 3 times in a weekend. Overall it's a good place for groups and I think very reasonably priced for the size. Would stay again.

Thank you for your patience during the extreme cold. We are grateful to Rebecca who was able to bleed the air in the heating pipes & flip the electric circuit breakers. The kitchen circuit breakers have been rewired so the stove, toaster oven, microwave & dishwasher are all working together in harmony! I mailed out all the belongings left behind by your group yesterday. Look forward to your return visit.

Beautiful huge home in Stockbridge with a short one block walk to the famed Red Lion Inn and moments away from Tanglewood, Lenox and other wonderful Berkshires sites.The hosts were extremely responsive. There are two sections of the house, but we only rented half. They let us know that the other half was not rented so we could use those parking spots. Also, because the home was rented on the day we came and left, they let us know we could check in early and leave late.There are all sorts of games and books for children and adults. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, plates, etc. Two A/C units downstairs and central air upstairs.Four of the five bedrooms are quite large and there is a crib and pack and play.The home was very clean.

Perfect House

We are an group of 12 friends that have traveled annually for over 20 years and this is the best house we have ever rented! At this stage, we enjoy the luxury of each of us having our own bedroom and the house has 12 bedrooms. The rooms were well furnished, beds were very comfortable and the linens and towels were of excellent quality. The kitchens were well stocked and we had a nice large room where we could all congregate. The house was very clean. Susan and Steve were very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. The location was fabulous - we could walk right into town. This is a perfect home for a large group or you can rent half the house for smaller groups.

Charming historic home

We reserved the entire home for a family gathering. Overall, the home was well-stocked. Kitchens lacked for nothing. Fun Keurig coffee flavors available. Bathrooms are updated. Plenty of towels. Two washers/dryers w/soap was convenient. The ADA bedroom & bath was very well done. Our only issue was there were a few stairs, not a ramp, into the home. Stockbridge is a charming town. The owner was extremely responsive to our inquiries.

Perfect House for a large group

We rented both the front and back house for our party of 20 adults. The house was perfect in every way. From the bed linens and towels provided, to the fully stocked kitchens we could not have asked for a better way to celebrate a 50th birthday. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept great. Plenty of bathrooms which were also stocked. We had no problems at all. Check in was simple and Sue called me the day before to provide me with the door codes. She answered my questions and was so friendly.
