The weekly price is Includes: Daily cleaning, 10 kw of daily electric energy (in case of exceeding the agreed kW will be charged for every 1 kW exceeded $ 11.51 Dominican Pesos) internet, cable, water and gas.
Plus a security deposit of US $ 200.00 that will be returned at the time of check out if there is no damage.

The monthly price includes: Maintenance, internet, cable, water and gas. IT DOES NOT INCLUDE ELECTRICAL ENERGY OR CLEANING.
Plus a security deposit is US $ 300.00 that will be returned at check-out if no damages are presented. At the time of check out, an amount of US $ 25.00 will be charged for deodorization and final cleaning of the apartment.
