Fantastic family vacation spot! Our kids had an incredible time, and we loved how easy it was to spend our days outdoors together. The best part was seeing everyone so engaged and having fun that screens were hardly used at all. It was the perfect place to relax, reconnect as a family, and make some great memories. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to other families.

Our hosts were excellent! Everything was provided to ensure we were comfortable. Kevin even purchased an extra inflatable mattress and linens so the grandkids had their own space. We were welcomed with flowers, a s’mores kit, and even the essential condiments. The house is very comfortable, providing all the basic necessities and room to stretch out. The deck is a great spot for early morning coffee, or reading a book in the afternoon with a pleasant lake breeze.We really enjoyed the lake. The beach is sandy and the water is very clear and shallow so the young ones can play and swim. The paddle board and kayaks were easy to access and perfect for spending time on the water.We also had fun fishing: we caught many bass, a few walleyes, and a couple of blue gills.It was a great week!

The lake is spectacular. Clear and warm, great for swimming and water activities. Fishing was a bit tough at first because the water clarity is so clear, but we figured it out and caught some nice walleye the last three days. Overall, we had an excellent trip.

Very impressed with both the house and especially the yard and shoreline. Home was exceptionally clean and ready to go with everything we needed for our stay. The lake of course was our main reason to be there and the sandy shore was terrific for swimming with room for kids to play. Also caught some nice sized blue gill and perch right from the dock.Saw several bald eagles while hanging out on the dock. Overall a great family vacation. Thank you!

We, six senior ladies, enjoyed staying at this comfortable lake home and property. The lake is beautiful with clear water and sandy bottom; we liked listening to and watching the loons and bald eagle. In addition to swimming, we enjoyed using the kayaks and having campfires on the shore. The layout of the home is ideal with access to the lawn/shore from the lower level which made for convenient use of the lower level bathroom and bar refrigerator. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the large deck.The home is well supplied with everything we needed. It was great having three bedrooms and three full bathrooms with plenty of towels. Although there is no air conditioning, plenty of fans are available for use. (We were lucky and had perfect weather in the 70s and sunny!) The lower level (family room, bar, bathroom) smells a little musty but this understandable being on the lake and recently having some hot and humid Wisconsin weather.The location of the home is great for short trips to neighboring communities for activities and dining. We enjoyed snowshoe baseball & the pie social in Lake Tomahawk, the lumberjack show in Woodruff, drinks at Northern Waters Distillery in Minocqua, dinners at Musky Shores (accidental find!) and Norwood Pines Supper Club. The communication with the host, Barb, was easy and she was very quick to respond. The personal touches of fresh flowers and a s'mores treat basket were very nice! Thanks for allowing us to rent your home!

The stay here for the week was amazing. I have nothing negative say about it at all. The cabin was very cozy and comfortable. Very spacious with tons of room and a basement area with additional space an on sight laundry. It was stocked with anything and everything you could possibly want that you would need for the stay. Outside the cabin was also just as wonderful. It has a very large and flat area in front of the water, great for all kinds of activities or pets. My son and I used the paddle boards and a lot and that was a blast! There was also a paddle boat, kayaks and canoes available. The swimming area was great for swimming, shallow and sandy. There was also a beach. All of it my son thoroughly enjoyed. He also was in love the the platform/slide in the water and was an awesome touch. The water was very warm even on colder days, which made for a lot of swimming opportunities. There was a firepit available also with firewood on site. We even got to see the Vulcan rocket launch in the sky one night, from Cape Canaveral and a lot of meteor showers while up there. The dock was perfect for our 16ft boat with no issues and a very handy private launch next door we got to use. We caught several fish right off the dock and had our own fish fry one night. We had no issues with the neighbors, and in fact the neighbors directly next to the cabin with the private launch were some of the nicest people you could ever meet. The property is very dog friendly as well. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful lake, friendly neighbors, huge master bedroom, accommodating hosts. Had a great time. Would definitely return.
