Camp Merryweather is a totally remodeled 1970s A-frame, it’s a classic house with modern style and amenities. Air Conditioning, Wi-Fi, brand new stainless steel appliances, and stylish modern furniture bring all the comforts of the city to this remote camp.
Our brand new state of the art hot tub has 42 jets, and will comfortably seat your entire group!

You’ll have full and private access to the whole property and the entire A-Frame. You can feel secure with our security system and automated lock system with keypad entry.

Drive two miles down a picturesque dirt road and find this small lakeside community of around 30 houses. There are no neighbors on either side and nothing but woods for miles behind the house. All the benefits of a remote property combined with a small tight knit and friendly community.
Please note that after the first snowfall four wheel drive is required to access the property.

Plenty of parking for up to 4 cars. Feel free to bring your boat!

Hancock Pond is a pristine 858 acre spring fed lake and is outstanding for swimming, boating, or fishing. You can swim or use our kayaks at the boat launch just a quarter mile down the road, or you can go to the beach just half a mile further down.
Guests departing after 10 am are subject to a $50 late checkout fee. If you need a late checkout please check with me first and I will do my best to accommodate at no charge.

-All guests are responsible for their actions and agree that the host is not liable for any accidents.
-Quiet hours begin after 9 pm
-No Parties allowed, only five guests are permitted on site
-Please remember that this rural property is on a septic system, so we ask that you do not flush anything other than the provided toilet paper and to not put any food down the kitchen sink.
- Smoking is permitted outside only
-We don’t ask guests to do any cleaning please just make sure that all trash is in the bin and the house is treated with respect.
-No small children or pets allowed in the kayaks or hot tub
-Always wear a life jacket when using kayak and use responsibly and at your own risk
-Well behaved dogs are encouraged but please pick up all waste and make sure they are supervised at all times. Owners agree that they are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning necessary.
