Welcome to Meadows Edge! A charming 3 bedroom (plus 1BR guest suite) home nestled in the heart of the Berkshires that sleeps 10 comfortably. Newly renovated, this home boasts spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, a fully stocked chefs kitchen, a designated playroom for your little ones, and a private office space.

During the summer months enjoy a private pool, patio, and outdoor shower.
During the winter season enjoy sledding, snowy hikes, outdoor fire pit, and local ski slopes.

*First Floor*
-Bedroom 1: The primary and only bedroom on the first floor. King size bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk in shower. Enjoy access to the screened-in porch and walk-in closet.
*Lower Level*
-Bedroom 2: A cozy bunk room with 4 twin size bunks.
-Bedroom 3: Our most spacious with a king size bed, TV, a closet, and a dedicated office with its own door to accommodate peace and focus.
-Lower level bathroom: a Jack and Jill bathroom with a walk in shower, claw foot tub, and two separate bathrooms with dual vanities.

AGE REQUIREMENT:
-Primary booking guest must be 25+

ACCESSIBILITY:
-This is a rural property nestled at the bottom of a hill. The house and guest house both have stairs. However, there is a first floor bedroom/bathroom that is easily accessible with no steps.

PARTIES/EVENTS:
-No weddings, events, or parties of any kind.
-Only registered guests allowed on the property

PETS:
-One dog (NO CATS) allowed per stay, (for an additional fee) and must be confirmed upon booking

POOL:
-The pool will be open from June to October
-Heated

SECURITY:
-Two exterior cameras are located above the garage doors

WILDLIFE:
-This home is surrounded by woods. You may see wildlife including deer, moose, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and refrain from leaving food and trash outside.
