Just and hour drive away from Niagara falls and 30 mins away from many escarpment views, falls and hiking trails.

Smoking and Quite Hour Policy

smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises of the property. If you need to smoke it should at street level which is not premise of the property. If this rule is violated your stay will be terminated.

Also please mindful during quiet hours. Please keep volume of TV and music very low after 10:00PM.

Also please walk slowly after 10:00PM as footsteps noise may disturb other occupants. Quiet hours are 10:00PM to 7:00AM.
