The space
The minimum booking age is 18; however, during any City-declared High Impact Period (HIP), the primary booking guest must be 21 years of age or older in accordance with Panama City Beach ordinance.

Important Information Before Booking:

➡️ Additional HOA Fee Required: A one-time $105 fee is required for your reservation. This fee covers 2 parking passes and wristbands for your group for the entire stay. Payment is made directly to the HOA and is separate from the reservation.

➡️ Pre-Registration Required: Guests must pre-register online with the names and ages of each guest plus vehicle make and model before arrival. HOA fees are subject to change.

➡️ Parking Details: Two parking spaces are available in the North West Parking Deck. Parking is unassigned, and a visible parking pass is required to avoid towing. Additional parking for a 3rd vehicle is available nearby — ask a Laketown Wharf employee for directions.

- Master Bedroom: King bed, gulf-view balcony, bathroom access
- Guest Bedroom: King bed
- Bunk Room: Twin-over-twin bunk bed
- Pull-Out Couch: Queen mattress
- 2 Full Bathrooms: One in the master bedroom; the second is located in the hallway between the guest bedroom and bunk room

$500 Violation Fee if the unit smells like smoke or pets are brought in. Eviction or additional charges may apply.
